How to Win Huttball

If you hold the ball for too long eventually the announcer will say 'This match needs excitement' and toss everyone out, and I think killing the ball holder in the process. It can even be from legitemately holding the ball for that long.

This looks like a bug I have experienced in Huttball before. I am not quite sure what triggers it but it has something to do with the Overload skill (sith sorcerer) and/or other knockback abilities hitting you at the same time as well as being combined with the floor air-blast. At times I have come down and gone right through the platform and landed inside of it.

At this point I can move back and forth, target, attack and heal players, and generally use all of my abilities unhindered while not being able to be direct targetted by the enemy. AOE's of course can still hit me. The downside to this bug is that I cannot leave the inside of the platform. The only thing I can do is interact with players in the immediate area. This generally leave me useless to the rest of my team for the entire match. This can be circumvented by using the /stuck feature and dying, to respawn.

Several times I have had possession of the ball when this bug occurred. While it CAN be a game winner if the match is near the end and your team already has possession of the ball, if the match still has a significant amount of time left before it end, as an above poster said, the announcer will say 'This match needs excitement', the ball carrier will die and the match will continue on with the ball, more often then not, going neutral. This outcome will also give the stuck character the respawn back in the normal place.

This doesn't look like customer service to me. Submit a ticket.

and your point is? People comment about exploits here. Are you going to each thread trolling them with your pointless remarks?

Posting screenshots and spreading exploits telling other people what to do (and often how to do it) just makes the problem more widespread. Submitting a ticket and talking to customer service does what you're trying to accomplish (making the exploit and exploiter known to those with the power to do something about it) without causing more problems.

Also, please learn the definition of "trolling," it's far overused and has lost its true meaning.
