Micalavera
I'm sad that I'm quitting this game. It had so much potential. But between each patch seemingly causing more bugs than fixes, the unbalanced and bugged PvP, and Hard Mode flashpoints that have been impossible since release and have been ignored, I just can't take it anymore. And releasing new content while all this is happening was the last straw. Protip Bioware: fix your current game so that it is playable and enjoyable before adding anything else. Also, rushing an unfinished product before holiday season is never a good idea. Simple observations from a 21 year old that apparently the Bioware marketing division can't understand. Maybe i'll check back in a couple months to see if they fixed things, but the way things are going, I'm going to be waiting a while. Sincerely, A long time (and truly disappointed) Bioware fan... DarthXerros
What? A newly released game has bugs? This is madness! Stop all content until these bugs are ironed out! It's not like it takes most games at least a year to feel "right"...
Tekkoclarky
HM FPs impossible? Er how? Cleared them all easily, besides a few tight enrage timers (I'm a healer so I get to call my DPSers crap ) I know they have some bugs, but I have not seen anything game breaking. I guess you're just bad. PVP will never be balanced, but for a game at release, the balance is very good, besides some classes being OP in huttball. I would love you to post a list of your so called bugs. Edited January 16, 2012 by Tekkoclarky
Kittoes
HM fp's are only difficult to people who cant play the game or they wear greens. This. They've been a total face-roll in my experience. The only one that I actually wiped in repeatedly was Black Talon (on the last boss). One of our DPS was beyond brain-dead and was unable to run out of the boss's nova. He died within the first 30 seconds of every pull and we couldn't beat the enrage. Replaced him and it was a total joke. Haven't had any trouble in the other instances outside of the odd bugs here and there.

Black_Rabbit
It is obvious this person sub is about to expire and he had no intention to renew it from the start, so now he wants to flame his last few days with anything he can come up with, thinking that people will be worried and follow his example. The only people agreeing with you are those who's sub is also about to expire and want to be heard, and just so to disagree with people who likes the game, they would be willing to say that the sky is green. This posts are a waste of time and get closed quickly, so do not bother.

I bet you were one of the people clammering for a release date... seriously you people are never happy. *** did you expect? To rush the devs then get a perfect game? WoW has been out for what? 7 years and it still has bugs, not to mention they are putting out patches to fix bugs on a weekly basis, and usually they are hammering out issues you guys are crying about... not just one person, but the masses. People have also said they were already done with all the content, which is why Bioware is trying to slam out new content already. I swear, most of you SWTOR fans are just one huge complaint. You hate that the game wasn't released sooner, you hate that the devs can't makle a perfect game. Do you know how big the game design document for this game must be? Probbaly over 40 feet tall if it was printed out on paper... But you know what? If you can do better then why don't you start your own multi-million dollar project, secure a deal with a huge franchise, and then get started.... oh wait... if you could you would have. So sorry if Bioware is a disappointment to you... but they're doing their best and working in the constraints they are given.... What do you expect? For them to work as much as you play the game? They have lives and families... Really... what can they do in 8 hrs of the day? and honestly probably more... Just step outside your tiny world and ask yourself, what do you think the developers are doing and how do you think they feel, after working for years on a game and then reading your BS comments... I hope they read this so they know not all of their fans are ungrateful... you know what? you can't even call yourself a bioware fan...

jedip_enguin
The only hard part of HM's is getting a group together for one, other than thats they are largely a faceroll. People trying to do them in greens and level 42 modded gear will fail becuase they did'nt take the time to do some Ilum dailies and get some epic mods/gear before trying them. That not Biowares fault, thats just people being retarded. But anyway, can I have your stuff?
supZ
im levelling nice and slowly as im trying out other classes too so i've not hit 50 yet (43) but i've not found any of the fp's to be particularly difficult. the only one that was a bit taxing was the droid in foundry. i was healing (not specced for it i might add.. geif dual spec!) so it gets a bit hairy when dmg starts flying around. was consumptioning, medpacing/getting the merc in grp to patch heal me back up to keep my force going but everyone was taking so much dmg. then we started with the problems.. 2 of our guys just popped and we couldnt work out why (seems if you're near the middle when the core comes down its insta-death) then the next go the boss bugged out at 1700hp and wouldnt die.. after about 5 goes we killed him. was difficult from my pov as healer as i didnt have the healing spec tools for the 'oh crap' moments but other than that it was pretty straight forward once we'd got a routine down. apart from that one fight all the others have been pretty faceroll. 'what does this one do?' 'dunno lets find out' 'oh he does an aoe/fire/whatever, get out of the way of that' /win

Morpheous
Hardmode FPs are impossible? What? The only bosses I've had trouble on in the Hardmodes are the Boarding Party, and Foundry final bosses, and that is due to some bugs that will undoubtedly get fixed. Want to know why they havent been a priority yet? Perhaps because the majority of players are still at 30-40 in level range. They are fixing what effects the most people first in order to deliver a better experience for the majority of players. Hardmode bugs will get fixed when they are being experienced by a majority of players. For the record.. even with said bugs they are still not impossible they are doable you just need patience. No I have yet to clear the final bosses in those two flashpoints, however I just reported the bugs encountered and moved on. Either I'll manage to down them bugs and all, or I'll wait for fixes. It's not preventing me from gearing my characters up and moving on to Operations. Its a brand new MMO bugs are par for the course. Bioware understands 21 year olds, we -all- understand 21 year olds.. You're really impatient and want what you want done NOW. Bugs take time to get fixed, and they have to prioritize.
TorqueoMilitaris
What? A newly released game has bugs? This is madness! Stop all content until these bugs are ironed out! It's not like it takes most games at least a year to feel "right"... The game is just launched since a month. Most ppl still lvling or most 50s jsut starting to run high-end FP-s and OPs, except beta-tester-power-lvler-skip conversasion because they bored 1000 times- ppl, but who care about them? I really dont understand why are BW working on new contents istead of fix the game, and make some feauters, which could be included at release, like Guild Bank (omg they really still have to working on that?), same with UI, Legacy (if theres no other way to make a better character customization). No, we get some other flashpoints and operations and flashpoints and operations and operations and flashpoints again. BORED. We want to do something else, instead of gearing up in easier flashpoints/operations to kill bosses in harder instances to get their drops to gear up to next and again and again. We cant do anything else in this game but killing enemies from lvl1 to 50 and on 50 as well. I thought SWtoR will give us something new, something different than past years common fantasy bored games, but it didnt. In the future patches, looks it goes on same way as WoW, soon theyll raise lvl cap, after give out new planet with new daily quest, with new instances. Thats content? No! Everyone just do the same again and again, doesnt really matte ron which lvl. They should be more creative and check some other MMOs, instead of WoW. I prefer SWG (before NGE) but there are a lot of good idea in EVE, Anarchy-Online, Champions Online, etc, which could make SWtoR far better, than most common crappy fantasy system. Its a sci-fi but I cant see any sci-fi element atm, except that out-of-story-arcade-space-combat-mini-anything
