Feels like a Single Player Game right now! Sad

Textures look like something from the 50's.

Social groups don't exist, ever! Even if I offer 50k credits for help I still don't get a reply.

Management I hate you! You are ruining this game! Listen to the people and you shall prevail. If not your MMO will die faster than you think.

I am in a guild. But you cant disagree with me. Seriously, its so frustrating. I am going to go around taking pictures of each planet with the UI on. If your so blind to look at the UI and see that there are only 5-20 people on each planet, then I will assist you. standby for pics. The only place that has a few people on it 50-100 is fleet and crouscant. That is it!

Well, now that I am almost level 50 I gotta hand it to you. This is so boring. There are only 7 people on planet Corellia. And this is what its like even on peek times. I soooooo wish that management would pull their heads out. I was talking to a fella on planet Corellia and he told me he knows some of the DEV and some of the upper management. I won't give his name because I don't want him to get in trouble. But yea, I guess from what he said people are having some major issues in upper management. There are a lot of conflicting ideas and what not between management and some of the devs. Of course this will always happen in MMOs or games of the such. But I think the problems are real bad with them. They took a good concept and screwed it up. If they changed just a couple of the things in this game it would be so much better.

One thing is for sure, if they listened to the forums and the people instead of their dumb *** manager who has no idea about MMOS then this game would continue to be successful.

It always sucks when someone destroys the credibility of their arguments, before I get a chance to. I've taken the liberty of 'bolding' and underlining, all the parts that destroy the OP's arguments/claims.

Given the respawn rate of mobs and small areas of planets and battlefields, I'm not so sure this game was intended to host high populations in one area. In a game such as SWG, there was more than enough space to allow for a lot of players without any issues. Also considering we have a lot of people advancing through the same content at the same time, there would be annoying competition trying to get simple quests done. I'd say it would be close to impossible having more than 2-3 people in the same area as you.

That being said, I'd venture to saying the game is not for you if you dislike solo play. I have loved the story thus far, and also enjoy seeing other players here and there doing the same quest as me. It is a SPORPG, basically - but didn't they mention it would be before launch?

You best get your mind right.

http://www.swtorarena.com/statistics/

Yep current statistics show a steady decline of 3% per day.

Quit the bull man. Wow, people don't log in as much as during the x-mas holidays....that's so unexpected.

Get real, that's normal.

The reality is that there are a few servers with low population and most of the action still happens under level 30. This will take time, give it a couple of more weeks and then there will be more going on on higher levels as well.

Get in a guild :)

Nice idea, if there are any active guilds on your server.

I've been experiencing the same solo play as most of the player base, even in Fleet Chat there simply aren't any guilds around.

The first few weeks of any MMO are crucial, and unfortunately the experience with SWTOR is really offputting for anyone who wants to play a multiplayer gane.

I like the game in itself, but once I get to 50 I can't see myself renewing a subscription. Probably best to come back in 6 months and see what's changed.

Actually I prefer a single player game....so many running around doing same thing you are doing and it ruins the atmosphere of the entire game. When you got a dozen people near you doing same quests,...pushing on same stuff, activating same things,..talking to same npc,...gathering and fighting over same nods....it ruins the immersion

MMO's are nothing but a breeding factory for griefers who do nothing but run around and harass people,...run around and spam DUEL...run around and spam blind guild invites! ...run around and do anything to get you to ignore them or worse

MMO gameplay has truly never worked as intended,...there are just too many sickos in this world. There are no background checks on who can play....anybody can play an mmo....anyone including real life criminals and thieves and other assorted low life scum can play

I prefer that I am only one in the game playing! However,..I do like seeing people talking politely in chat every now and then and people being nice to you,...but it's not the norm. Like I said...mmo gaming was a great concept in the beginning but it really has never worked because of the inherent ability to grief others

So what do people do? We play and put up with all the negatives...many like mmo gaming including myself because of the satisfying feel of leveling up and new content always being added. If Bioware could give me my own server to play this game...I would LOVE IT!!!!

This has been said before....give us an ability to play this game...OFF - LINE

Hello all,

Feedback is always important and we always appreciate constructive feedback, whether positive or negative. Allison has a great thread with information on what we are looking for in feedback.

We know that the community is always looking for developer input on issues and one of the best ways to keep up-to-date on developer posts is through the Developer Tracker. A couple examples of what you can find on the developer tracker right now: a couple posts from Damion on the slicing nerf, and dungeon finder as well as Georg's comments on cover.

There is also our new blog feature where developers will give their thoughts on certain aspects of the game as well as giving clarification on issues - upcoming patch notes can also be found on the blog.

We are going to go ahead and close the thread but we did want to point out a couple of spiffy threads where you can give us your feedback on bugs and suggest features you would like to see in-game:

The Suggestion Compilation Thread

Ultimate Bug List

Both are great threads that are updated regularly so we highly encourage you to add in your feedback to one, or both of those threads.
