Papadodo Posted January 14, 2012 Share Posted January 14, 2012 Firstly, I am a long-time wow player and still raiding Hard mode Dragon Soul (3-4 nights a week). I've played swtor since launched. I like the game so much and I just want to help it to be better. Here are things I'd like to see them added/improve the game and some are personal preferences. These requests may look like I want another version of WoW but it's already the way it is going , isn't it? 1. better UI , macro , mouse over casting - especially for healers (something like Grid, clique, power aura, macro to start casting spell and send companion to attack at the same time, etc). 2. Galactic Trade network - better search categories - it's hard to find upgrade pants while they are in the same categories as all slots (or am I missing something?). I had to go through 150 pages lol. Also , my search always return nothing when I try to find armor usable by my companion (had to set it as ALL) 3. character responsiveness/abilities delay - we all know this. 4. Guild member list always bugged for me. I don't know if this happened for everyone.For instance, I see 12 members online when I click on guild tab - I found only 4-7 names listed. I had to Ctrl+u twice to fix it but it happened all the time =( 5. There are many things that make me feel like I am playing wow with less tools esp. playing Sith sorcerer. 6. I HATE bonus mission that requires killing 30 mobs. I know I get exp from it but it's kinda annoying and it comes every now and then in every zone. There should be better mission objective other than this. 7. I HATE group of 4 mobs at a time. 1-2Elite, 1 Silver+1normal, 1Silver+2normal, 2Silvers are challenging+fun, but 4 normal are just boring and there are the most common =( 8. LFD flashpiont ... I dont care if it's same server or cross server ... I just want anything that assist me finding a group and I don't want to leave questing area sitting LFG in Fleet. Also, one-way Flashpoint shuttle is not so convenient lol. 9. Option to make operation flame even soloing with companion (personal preferences - easier to track my HP and companion) 10. Tanking companion requires very good gear to be able to handle mobs @ lv30+. I found that sometimes it's better to Tank by myself (heal spec) and use DPS companion even on Elite. (not sure if this applies to only Kaliyo) 11. Class Quest/Story is wonderful even though it feel like single player game. I really hope this game successful in a long run. I'm really bore of wow hehe but I can't find anything that come up with its standard and that's why I decide to wrote this wall of text. Thank you for reading! PS. I've had this bug happen myself, I'm sure they'll fix it. 5. No idea what you mean. 6. Seems fine to me, when the main missions themselves more often than not depart from the typical "kill x of x". 7. Not a real issue. 8. A server only one would be grand. 9.
