Maintenance must be done but you have a obligation to your customer base to stick to a schedule. If it can't be implemented via instant hot fixes then it should wait until next Tuesday unless it is fixing some game breaking issue and I seriously doubt that. Your customer service has been found lacking. Your communication with the player base is weak. If an in-game situation arises players must not just sit though one queue, but two and the responses are automated and full of recommendations that, if the employee read the ticket, would have realized we already tried.
