Help Finishing PvE Watchman Build (31/3/0)

I'm a few levels under this now, but planning ahead never hurt. Here's the current build I need to round out: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#501bIbRrRMcGzZh.1

Once I get this base done, I'm looking at seven extra points and I'm trying to figure out where I should invest these final talents. So I figure I'd open it up for opinion. A note, this is strictly for PvE. I'm not into the PvP scene (yet, anyway).

Here's some areas I'm considering investing in and why:

Inflammation (Watchman) - While having a slow effect really benefits PvP more than PvE, I do use Opportune Strike, which is a freebie skill if the target is slowed or immobilized. Right now I have to occasionally mix in a Leg Sweep to be able to use it. Having the 100 percent chance to slow coming from Cauterize, however, would allow greater use of the free OS.

Master Focus (Focus) - Force Stasis is a move I use a lot and I usually mix in a Master Strike when taking on strongs or elites just to buy some time in between CDs. Reducing the cooldowns on both of those skills would be useful.

Defensive Forms (Combat) - Defensive forms is essentially a prereq to open the second tier in the Combat tree but could also help mitigate some damage.

Focused Leap (Combat) - Generating an extra focus along with my melee leap range could be incredibly good to have in my pocket.

Steadfast (Combat) - Increasing accuracy would be good since I'm stacking accuracy in items in order to try to break the 100 percent mark and start reducing enemy defense.

Temperance (Combat) - Boosting centering production would help increase my use of Zen and therefore increase healing from my burn effects in Watchman, not to mention help boost damage from the criticals. Also would allow more opportunities to unleash Valorous Call when it groups once I get that at 50.

So if you had those last seven points to spend, where would you distribute them and why? Right now I'm leaning toward Master Focus (2)/Defensive Forms (2)/Focused Leap(2)/Steadfast(1).

Would taking Inflammation for use of Opportune Strike be worth it? Is Defensive Roll (Combat) a total waste of points? Is Insight (Focus) worth a second look? Thanks for the help.

For purely PvE (I'm assuming endgame pve here):

Defensive forms gives you increased centering generation and damage reduction, there's plenty of AoE damage to be had, which leads us to Defensive Roll. Less damage you're taking, more effective your self-healing is at keep you full, less time the healer needs to spend topping you off.

For Force Fade, there are numerous situations where you want damage invulnerability, and Guarded by the Force isn't the best option. For example- First boss in EV has a single target nuke, just force camo out, you'll get hit with the knockback but take no damage. Second boss in EV does high AoE spikes, you can ignore this without leaving melee range. Third boss (pylons) in EV often requires a sentinel to off-tank, there is a severe dot that one of the mobs uses, we can immune if the healer doesn't manage to clear it instantly.

The one point in insight is mostly just a throwaway, but the 2% crit helps overload saber, dispatch, sweep and possibly cauterize, so it's a tiny DPS boost. I typically just leave this point in Focused Pursuit so I have no reason to retrait between PvE/PvP.
