poison (bleed) affects

My question for (concelament) pvp build is what skills actually do a bleed affect.

 

I see corrosive grenade (shrap bomb) and corrosive dart (vital shot) cause targets to poison (bleed). Are there some that I am missing?

 

Should these really be in a consistant pvp rotation concealment build?

 

If not, then are Culling (turn the tables) and tactical oppurtunity (round two) neccessary skills to get. I would think i should need tactical oppurtunity (round two) and therefore must apply poisions (bleeds) in order to get tachtical advantage (upper hand) back.

 

Also, can someone give me their normal pvp rotation so I may analyze it?

Hint Hint... poison grenade is Lethality.

 

I've played poison spec 'til 40 pvp. Basically assume that:

 

1. You're always in battle. If you're playing poison, you are cycling targets frequently, even if they aren't dead yet.

 

2. Don't get hit.

 

Since more people are 50's now, I'm averaging out at around 180-240k dps on account of all the shields mitigation. (and that the next rank of poisons is not available yet.) It basically means that you are always 4th or 5th for dps each round.

 

3. Don't expect to kill somebody with poison. 9/10 somebody else will get the finishing blow. Distance, use you're snipe.

180k dps? Wow, you must be a monster out in those warzones. The entire opposing team is dead in one second!

acid blade says internal damage. I am assuming that this is not a poison dot and therefore culling and tactical oppurtunity do NOT work in conjunction with this? Is this correct? Then the only affect in a concealment spec that actually applies a poison in a concealment spec is corrosive dart? Anyone know if this is correct?

there's no "Poison" damage type. There's Kinetic, Internal, Energy, and Elemental.

 

Corrosive Dart and Corrosive Grenade are both 100% guaranteed poison effects, for the purposes of Cull (and presumably Culling/Tactical Opportunity). I can't say for Acid Blade, as I've never used it.
