Target of a Target? Other UI stuff.

I love the game. The story lines are great and I love the graphics and cut scenes. And being a huge Star Wars fan, I'm very impressed.

 

However, as someone who has played other MMOs, I'd really like to see some more work put into the UI. For example, target of a target? I like to know who the boss is targeting, make sure it's attacking the tank, and that the tank has enough threat (which also leads to a threat meter which would be nice as well). I'd like to see a better way of viewing enemies health bars, such as on top of the screen so that if there was a threat meter or ToT, everything isn't mashed up in one giant ball of names and bars.

 

Also, action bars. I have entirely too many abilities to be able to fit into the two row bottom action bar. And the two action bars you can have on the side.. very annoying to have to put abilities there. An extended bar the length of the screen would be nice.

 

Finally, posting crafting skills in trade chat/party chat/guild chat. Posting individual items to people is tedious, if I don't know what a guild member specifically requires. I'd like to be able to just post my Synthweaving to my guild/party/what have you, let them look through to find what they need, and be able to craft it for them. Rather then digging through myself what items might be good for them, asking if it's better than what they have and so on and so forth.

in other words you want SWTOR to be more like wow...AINT GONNA HAPPEN! this is not wow, it will never be wow, wow can learn a few things from this.

 

Car A has air conditioning, nav, and power windows

Car B has none of those

 

Guy buys Car B. He wants to add AC, nav, and power windows to his Car B.

Is he trying to make Car B into Car A?
