Jedi Knight Medium Robes= Big Butt pls fix

Also, hood toggle please. It's really a bad design choice that ALL the jedi knight armor pieces (at least the heavy ones) have an hood we can do nothing about.

Come on. This is a MMORPG, everyone wants to show his great custom character in a MMORPG. Hair is one of the defining aspects, and the hood removes it completely and obscures the face.

Well its especially weird when your chest caves in dramatically like you have no internal organs besides PECS!

Then you keep going down and suddenly the *** shoots out aggressively. It makes for...an uh...interesting body type. Kind of makes you think who designed these character models? And more so...who approved them for final release?

It appears that the "big butt" issue on robes with an outer belt equipped are made to avoid "clipping" with the character's body or in this case, the character's butt.

With the lower part of the robe trying to simulate cloth, they are trying to avoid the top half of the lower robe from clipping through your character's posterior.

You notice that when you have a robe on that doesnt have an outer belt, you dont have the "big butt" problem.

Who needs to approve character models when we have VOICE ACTING?!

I don't give a flying bantha what the reason is, they need to find another way around and fix it. when I run or bring out my lightsabers and my stance changes, the robe looks perfectly fine, why does it need to look **** when standing still? there's nothing TO clip if you're NOT MOVING.

Why does it matter so much? You're getting militant over a cosmetic issue. It's not as if that fat *** is soaking up more damage or slowing you down.

there is nothing to fix. this is quite naturally with cloth/felt/leather to get this kind of "form"

what you want is everything made of silk

like i said fix it. stop saying aint nothing wrong wit it cause there is a problem with it. ROBES as a JEDI do not look like that, look at every star wars game, film whatever.. did the jedi had big butt robes? NO .

so anyways LIKE EVERYBODY said this needs to be fixed. lower the butt down. that's it.

it would be nice, but get a little perspective. I don't know how many times they've said they make changes based on priority. Fixing a slight visual annoyance has to be much farther down the list than things that actually affect gameplay.

It keeps me from playing a Jedi. It's a a pretty substantial annoyance for some of us; I care about how my characters look.

It's not a slight visual annoyance- it's a MASSIVE visual annoyance. The toon almost looks like a hunched-back.

Why are you still here? You said you were gone if it wasn't fixed.

I can't change my mind? do I have to run things by you before I do anything? sorry, but when you start paying my subscription THEN you can tell me what I should be doing.

You would think in a game so centered around character appearance and customization that this would be a top priority fix, but there has literally been nothing done to improve the problem since BETA.

Hi all,

Because we have an active and ongoing discussion thread on this topic over in the Jedi Knight forums, we're going to close this thread in order to consolidate the discussion. If everyone could continue the discussion and feedback in the existing thread, that would be great:

Jedi Knight Robes = Large Butt?!

Thank you, and we appreicate your understanding!
