Yoshirou Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Does anyone take this talent for pve?Seems to be pretty pointless, as it changes a 1.5 second cast into a 1.5 second global cooldown. With the pushback immunity in cover, this doesnt do much. In fact, it even DECREASES the dps of Charged Burst, since alacrity does not reduce the global cooldown. A cast time ability which is reduced below 1.5 seconds by alacrity however, does also reduce the global cooldown by the same amount. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
