ashil
Main is a smuggler and I love PVP healing (and DPS) with that class. I am going to switch servers to play with some friends and was thinking of trying out Sage healing. How do you like it? I like the mobility of Smuggler as well as instant heals. Having a fun DPS tree to switch to every now and then is great too. Let me know what you think!

Mariasha
I've been enjoying it quite a bit. Huttball is especially fun with Rescue. I play with a Guardian and so we have a lot of options to move the ball across the zone. I'd recommend it. In fact, I've been mostly DPSing outside PVP and its worth it to me to respec every night to PVP with.
aishiki
We aren't very mobile. No instant heal except that 1 HoT which doesn't heal very much. Will be pulling your hair a lot when you try to heal someone and they died with only 0.2sec left on your big heal. AoE heal is super fun and will net you the 300k heal medal. Once we had 3 sage seer and we just spammed AoE on our spot. No one died on that round Rescue is another fun skill to pull people around in Huttball and often saves someone's ***. Force armor ain't as good as how it's made out to be, and that even with 20% extra dmg absorbed but good enough to migitate damage from op/scoundrel opening. Basically we're really good if gone unnoticed but once they realised that you're the healer, can barely save yourself let alone saving other people. We haven't had the tankiness commando healers have nor the force cloaks of a scoundrel/ops. Lv 50 seer sage, valor 59.
dexterryu
I just started yesterday as I dinged 50 on sunday. When left alone, it was quite a bit of fun. I find the OPS UI horrible for healing and see what debuffs can be removed or who I can re-apply a shield to. That said, if I had anyone on me I was pretty much useless. With the amount of knockbacks, stuns, and interrupts it was impossible to do much more than shield and HoT myself. Being in basically greens\blues from leveling didn't help either. I'd drop like a rock if a geared 50 was on me.

Until people learn how to use their interrupts correctly and properly focus targets this class is incredibly fun, if a bit easy, to heal with in PvP. If you can find someone to throw a Guard you, you aren't going to die. I had a level 34 Guardian guard me in a Voidstar match yesterday and he ended up with over 100k protection. PVP Healing is a lot of fun especially for a Sage, the amount of tools that you have at your disposal just makes it even better. Make sure not just stand there and turret heal but keep moving, stunning, force waving, interrupting, rescuing, shielding, restoring. Better yet find a tank and have him put his guard on you and follow him around. Use the environment to your advantage rather than getting frustrated if your heal target went out of LOS. Republic takes a lot of flak about losing 90% of their warzones but us seer sages can change that.
iSelphy
I haven't started doing pvp but I figure I should probably start eventually, if only to do the pvp dailies for champion bags or whatever. I wanted to ask a couple questions though. What exactly do these pvp dailies require of me? And is it possible to do it as a seer? I hardly pvp and don't take enjoyment from it so I'd be trying to the minimum possible and would like to get it done quickly.

The PvP daily/weekly require you to win 3 and 9 warzone matches, respectively. Additionally, there's a PvP daily/weekly that requires you to capture 5 and 15 contested points on Ilum, respectively. You should have no problem doing either of these solo, but I'd suggest grouping with friends to at least make it more enjoyable if not more successful. MrRaptorJesus
Unfortunately I'm the only person of my group playing this game. No friends available =/ You can do it by yourself, it may just take a bit longer. Soloing the Ilum daily on my server is always an interesting proposition though considering the Empire/Republic ratio is at least 2:1 atm.
Jswizzle
I hate PvP healing. I have some heal spec but most of my healing goes to myself. Unless its blatantly obvious my ally is dying and only has 1 enemy on him I'll try to heal. With 2 or more enemies focus firing, I'm better off trying to land a force stun and do some damage than heal someone who is probably going to die anyway. I do on average 100k+ damage and 50K+ healing as a half healing, half balance spec.
