ITIATT
I love this game and im having so much fun. The only problem is that I can't figure out what class I want to play. I have right now a level 22 jedi guardian, level 20 sith inquisitor, level 22 bountyhunter, level 12 sith warrior, level 14 smuggler, and a level 12 trooper. I keep saying to myself that this is the class im gonna pick and get to 50. But I always end up switching to another class. And to top it all off, I figured out a friend got the game but is on another server. This is really putting me in a tough spot. Anyone else having stuff like this happening to them? paul_preib
Yes and no. I am very clearly settled on my main, a Sith Sorcerer that is right now 29, I basically knew that was what I wanted before the game ever went live. Beyond that however there is a great desire and compulsion to take up altoholism after that point. I am splitting my time between the Republic and Imperial factions due to some friends rolling on one, some on the other and republic-side is not so clear-cut. Basically took every republic class to around twelve (level enough to get off starter planet and run the first flashpoint once), couldn't get into Jedi Knight but basically enjoyed all three of the other classes, also interested the Bounty Hunter and Imperial agent classes as well. Have semi-settled on working on a Sage as my main right now for the republic side figuring I would be able to be rather efficient having that familiarity with sorcerer, but the trooper and smuggler also keep my interest. Beyond that I also have some interest in more than one advanced class for a few of them. On my Sorcerer the Assassin AC sounds very interesting as does the scoundrel line of the smuggler thought my current one's a gunslinger. I guess it is a nice problem to have that of the 16 total advanced classes (ok 8X2 is more of a fair statement) 12 of them interest me-- only potential issue might be the redundancy from those AC's with a shared basic class storyline-wise. Ganadorf
It wouldn't take that long to just level all four Classes to 50 twice (one for each Advanced Class), and then just pick from there
AndiusTheGreat
It wouldn't take that long to just level all four Classes to 50 twice (one for each Advanced Class), and then just pick from there Someone obviously canceled from not stopping to smell the roses and being left with nothing to do once they powerleveled through all the good content. I say take your time and enjoy each class. There is no need to rush to 50. If you end up with a ton of low levels then so be it. As long as you are enjoying yourself then altoholism is fine. photoheathen
Anyone else having stuff like this happening to them? Sure. The only gameplay that 'clicks' with me is Mara/Sent. I'm tolerant of Mercs and Commandos. I can't get into any of the SI/JCs as I'm not a caster or a "rogue", Ops and Scoundrels are decent but I bore of them quickly, and I despise with a passion the cover mechanic, so 'Slinger and Sniper are out completely. So, yeah, I understand what you're saying. Luckily I love my Mara and Sent (aside from the stupid hood), so it's all good. Oneeach
I have several characters that I really enjoy playing with a scoundral and a sage at the top of my list, followed by a tanky trooper and a trailing sent (I prefer ranged classes). Play them all and enjoy the stories. For added bonus, pick a role to join your friends with then pick a class to fill the role for a char on there server. Personally, I plan on having an Empire char in the test server just to go through that storyline. Now if only I could pick between BH and IA...
