ResQme Posted January 10, 2012 Posted January 10, 2012 Has anyone successfully RE'd green techblades and techstaff into blue? I've done over 30 attempts with no luck. I can't find any mention anywhere of whether this is possible. I've also never seen any blue techblades or techstaves in the GTN or any vendor so maybe this is a restriction? Thanks in advance for any help.
