I have risha in almost full champion/centurion gear now (only missing 2 pieces) and changed out some of the accuracy/power mods for power/surge, and got crit everywhere I could. She hits players (geared 50s) for ~2.5-3.5k on aimed shot crits and her spam attacks can crit well into the 1k range.
