paul_preib Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 Therein lies the rub of adding in factions/attunements/etc. It is a fun aspect that even if there's no true benefit it just adds more flavor to things overall, but on the converse it also creates certain blocks that can be a downer at times. I know my Synthweaving Sith Sorc has at present almost exclusively received Jedi Knight/Consular patterns from underworld trading rewards, something tells me my lowbie Sage will see a lot of sith-related items just by virtue of murphy's law. It is annoying at the time of receiving, just as getting a great item drop for my lowbie sage with a darkside req. was, but ultimately I sincerely hope they don't seek to simplify and open accessibility more in such circumstances. The added flavor of not having everything usable for everyone is one of the biggest gripes that usually gets watered down the fastest, I'd rather it stay personally.
