Honestly, I fail to see what difference it makes. If you want to roll toons on a server with few people on it, pick a server with low usage. Is there some advantage to being on the server within a few hours of its creation?

We have no play laid structures to consider. The only thing that I can think of is that someone wants to get in early, seed the market with goods and make a killing ahead of other people trading. Why that would be useful though is beyond me.
