then after a day of waiting and fianly getting said vid card you will install it to find out you need a better power supply (this is what I went through last year)

 

Good call...one thing i've learned about getting your hopes up, it just makes the failure hurt more. This way since i've expecting the worst i will be so surprised and happy if it actually works out for me.

Since they've always been ending the waves at 2pm, this next one should be the last one. They aren't finished with November yet, so we'll get in tomorrow.

You must have missed the post where they said they would be sending more waves today than yesterday and spreading them over a larger time span

... Which they have done. We're approaching the 6th wave, which is more than the other days like they've said. And by spacing it over a larger time span, they're doing it every hour instead of every 2 hours.

Time: 6PM CST (4PM PST/7PM EST/12AM GMT/1AM CET)

 

All game servers and SWTOR.com will be offline during this period. This maintenance is expected to complete before 11PM CST, and will mark the end of Early Game Access for Star Wars: The Old Republic.

 

 

an you guys believe this.. he game launches at midnight on DEC 19th and they are going to have the servers offline during the midnight release!!!!

 

How do they expect that to work?

Ok, even i must admit im starting to crack and get a little bit tetchy... keeping my decemberist calm is getting hard!!

 

This is like if when you were a kid your parents had Christmas over 3 days giving presents to each child on different days. Imagine what messed up people we would be.
