I do have to agree though if there is no chance at the "up to 5 days" at this point then the ad is simply false, fairly simple. Only thing is though I'd say there's a chance they might actually get everyone in by the 15th (making the ad true) and I plan to keep my pipe dream until then. But that the way they want to handle it. I've been around for all the betas and been apart of the community 09 this leave a bad taste in people mouth. Would of been a lot better if they would of sent out a email telling people when there getting them in. Stagger effect aka waiting endless to see if you are in is getting old. I thought that would mean everyone at the same time, because that is all I have ever seen other companies do. When you see a store ad for sale up tp 40% off, is every item on sale 40% off? Not usually. Also, look at a damn calendar. It also didn't say "up to 5 days, but up to 7 for a select few" in the pre-order description. I think that is what people are crying about.
