ForceFanatic
Anyone else have this happening? It sucks! I have the latest beta drivers from nVidia but this behavior only started within the last week. If anyone has a solution, please let me know! carnac_fett
I have the same issue with ATI. Sometimes, checking/unchecking the "depth of field during conversations" option repeatedly eventually fixes it.
Ceyvel
The bug came with the latest (erm, I think those were no. 11-12, ver. 8.92) drivers. So I presume the problem lies in ATI drivers. Guess we'll have to wait for the next drivers version for the problem to get fixed. Meanwhile we shall use the solution given above.

ForceFanatic
This is lame. Will play around with the Depth of Field suggestion.

TrifKaylon
Ditto for a GTX 560. I know the problem exists with the 560 TI as well. It's annoying, and it seems like it isn't always even restricted to cutscenes.

TradewindNQ
Turn shadows off of High, will fix it. Only reason mine aren't on High is because of it
netbookgamerlol
overclocks can also cause this. a recent change in the game didnt respond well to my very stable oc. i started seeing flashing and my gtx 460 drivers started crashing. things stayed fine in other games however.
