Jester-Head Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Just curious if anyone had any recommended methods of quickly hitting 50.I've got a Balance Sage. Ive got decent Solo ability. But im just learning to use Nadia Grell as my companion. I usually hit Space/PVP daily's. I try and his FP daily's after. but not very many people are high enough level to be filling groups for that. Usually leaves me to grind the planet questlines. Or i just grind PVP all day. Any advice? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
valin-krai Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Farm affection with your companions, especially Nadia, Theran, Zenith and the one Iresso. You may not get more than a level and a half for it, but when they hit 10k each you will take care of their missions, get around 15k for conversation on your level and they will be much more effective in combat, crit blue almost everytime on mission and you get some good story. After that, PvP and side missions. With these and doing PvP and side missions for funding for gifts, you will be killer. Just make sure you are sending companions on missions to get gifts and then use them for your companions and sell the rest to make some money back. My friend was like 3/4 of a level ahead of me when I was at 45 and I did these for Nadia, Theran and quite a bit of Zenith and Iresso and I managed to oust him and get 50 a day later. Keep in mind, this is a lot less effective if you can't get companion gifts with crew skills or haven't been leveling them. It will keep you low on funds though no matter what.
