Metalizzi
Hi guys, PvP noob here. I was wondering, is there any stat (like the resilience in that other MMO) that make a difference between PvP and PvE gear ? How does it work, if it exists ? Is it as important as the stat in the other MMO ? I kinda like the SWTOR PvP, much more than in other games, so I was thinking why not getting nice PvP stuff. Do you have recommandation what exactly I should get ? I'm currently lvl 33 with about 200 normal pvp rec and 200 merc rec. First of all I'll gonna take one of those lvl34 lightsabers, but after that ? save for lvl 50 stuff ?
Skeloss
hello I think its expertise rating only pvp items have it and it increase your power in pvp only so pvp gear is best gear for pvp fortunately
Dalnar
You mean unfortunately ? Because most pvp gear looks CRAP, did I mention it looks CRAP ? I see no reason, why the vendors shouldn't just sell mods with expertise instead.

Dalnar
And what is the difference if you buy pvp gear for marks, and would buy mods for marks ? Stat wise none, but people could use nice looking gear, not some ugly armour with shoulders like for orcish warchiefs. grab oranges -> rip 25% expertise enhancements out of pvp sabers -> place into oranges. not as good as the high end pvp gear but its close. plus if you can ever reverse engineer those enhancements then you will be a little better off. also rolling in credits selling them on the market Ye thats my aim. Its just the choices are pretty limited. Would prefer mod vendor. Edited January 2, 2012 by Dalnar
