Sorcs/Assasins - Need the Nerf Hammer

So im a Level 50 Merc and I've being PvPing the last 3 hours, and its come to my attention how incredibly OP Sorcs/Assasins are compared to the rest, every game a Sorc/Assasin tops the Dmg/Kill chart, even tho one game i got 3 "Unbelievable" you bassicly cant do **** against them as a Merc, and when you do they absorb all your **** then stun and heal, I mean how can a Level cap of a game be so incredibly unbalanced?

I have and absorb and I can heal? Well this is news to me. Holy hell all this time I though Sins and Sorcs where different classes what with one being part tank and the other being part healer. Thank you for showing me the way. Fun fact Mercs and Sorcs tend to top damage charts not sins and not bc they do more damage but bc they have a lot of AoE.

so basically in the whole 3 hours you have done pvp you learned that you suck, kthnxbye....farmville is that way --------->

Assassins do there job and are good at it, if anything they are one of the more balanced classes in the game right now, sure they can be frustrating when they slip out of combat (aoe is your friend when this happens) but they are fine.

 

Sorcs, yep it's a well known fact they are outperforming there mirror class by quite a fair margin...nerfs are all but confirmed on them.

Let's talk BS.

 

First off, my credentials, since people are being stupid. I'm a Jedi Sage, I'm level 50, I have 7 pieces of epic PVP gear so I know what's happening in a battlefield. I often heal 200k+ and have been voted MVP just for healing people and keeping them alive. I can keep myself alive enough on hutt ball to run solo with 5 people trying to kill me.

 

I think I'm pretty awesome, until I run into a group that has 3 sith assassins/sorcerers. Totally broken. I might be wrong, but it seems like they have 2-3 more stuns than everyone else around them. I have a brief stun and long term stun, that's it. I've done so many battlefields where they have been the top dps and kills by a good 20-30 margin over anyone else (100k in terms of damage), because they control and slaughter everyone.

 

I'm sick of people saying to stop whining, because this is a legit problem. They are really broken. In fact, so broken, we started playing Sith characters just to test them out and find out what's going on, and at level 15 they already have more stuns than other classes from what we could account for.

 

The purple lightning needs to be tamed. I'm not saying this because I don't win. Heck, me and my guild just won 5 matches in a row (we noticed the last two were about 3x more easy and sure enough, it was because there were fewer assassins and sorcerers). The BS needs to end.

Easy way to fix it is to make certain CC effects that should be mezzes work as mezzes (whirlwind for instance definatley should be) so they break on damage.

 

Or they could do the same thing they did with most of the JK/SW's early CC....only works on weak mobs.

 

This would address most of the problem I think as well as doing some balance work on the like for like mirror skills.
