Really, any company unwilling to keep GMs on staff to investigate reports against players isn't a company that has any business running an MMO. Exploiters will always find a way to thwart any automated system. A human being with judgement and authority to deal with this type of behavior is the only actual solution, but I think it's safe to say BW is unwilling to fulfill this bare-minimum obligation.

Okay, so looking at the responses, one of two things has happened. Either I am definitely bugged, or I unlocked DK Kingpins on a character other than my BH. I'll have to check my other characters to be sure.

I've casually done Bounty Week for a while, but I finally decided I wanted to get the achievements. On Tuesday, I did the Coruscant Kingpin on a Consular. I then logged onto my BH to do a DK Kingpin (already unlocked and done the kill but not the capture on DK), and the mission didn't appear.
Last night, I tried again, but the DK Kingpin mission was still not available.
I was under the impression the Weekly lockout was per character, not per Legacy. If it's per Legacy, it will take over a year to finish the achievements doing only one Kingpin per month. Even worse, it will take several years to have done all the Kingpins enough times to have made up for the cost of unlocking them. This can't be intended, can it? Am I somehow bugged?

I mean, droids plainly have junk. Otherwise, why would Dirty Kick work on them?

Dang, you got my hopes up. I thought maybe I was done competing with the dozen Jugs with no achievements and only Vette as companions who are farming all the quest mobs 24-hours a day.

Other than having to double back inside tunnel after defeating the Jedi master and the big combat droid, the Imp side of Section X can be done in single path -- starting with the biosamples and big beast, then on to get the codes and the "defeat pubs" etc missions, then into the tunnel, then back out, up to the encampment, then free the aliens, then do AC.
Wait, do you not need the [AREA] mission to get the Weekly?

Kockbacks are used so much in this game, it just feels lazy at this point.
It boggles my mind that trash mobs have knockbacks at all, but then, trash mobs in this game have stealth detection set at about the level reasonable designers would have given to elites. (Mind you, I'm fairly convinced SWTOR's stealth system was designed by someone who didn't think the game should have a stealth system at all and did the whole thing under protest.)

My Shadow can pretty much get the final boss to a stalemate. I'm in no danger of losing, but he can easily outheal my damage and I just can't interrupt enough of the heals to make any progress.
I hate running past him, throwing the grenade, and suiciding. It feels cheap to me. But I have never, not once, gotten a positive response to a LFG for that mission.
(Actually, I dislike the flow of the Imp-side missions overall in that zone, the pub-side has a much smoother flow with less back-and-forth and quicker zone exiting)
Huh. Honestly, the only thing I like better about Pubside Section X is that the mission locations form a rough circular progression instead of having to double back. Otherwise, I much prefer Impside. Imps only have one over-long mission in an underground bunker. Pubs have two, each of which is longer than the Impsdide one.

Well, I swear I saw someone terrain hacking on Rishi Tuesday night.
I kept seeing slicing nodes vanishing before my eyes without seeing anyone actually harvesting them. Then, I saw one disappear on a platform and saw a name hovering above the surface. I followed the name and briefly saw a character falling off the edge. I ran to the edge and saw only a name disappear into a cliff-face.

Same only worse. First time I answered a call to help kill Trapjaw, I meet up with the couple of other members of the group who are already there. "Hey, a lore object." Click. Group wipe.
I doubt that's my silliEST, though.

Do you actually have to be rude to her to make her take the hint? Because he liked her and didn't want to be mean to her, but he didn't want to fool around with her either.
Exactly. I tried to be nice to her and not encourage her, and I found myself in a conversation where all options led to a makeout session. I never had another conversation with her because I was not comfortable with any of that.

But that's how you're supposed to react, isn't it? Tharan's kind of a pathetic boy-man who needs a vapid bimbo fawning over him to be happy (even if that vapid bimbo is kind of a genius). Holiday is a mirror to Tharan's character flaws.

On my SI, at least, Ashara is a deluded nitwit who had convinced herself she's fighting for a noble cause while she's actually serving the designs of a power-hungry manipulator. Not the worst concept for a supporting character, really.

He spends HIS money one something that isnt worth it just in order to tell us then that it isnt worth it. So that we dont do the same mistake. I mean... that sounds like pure self-sacrifice to me ^^
Because there was absolutely no information, no hints, no reason at all to think BW/EA had improved the packs. People want the CM to improve, and it won't as long as people are rewarding BW/EA's behavior.

Not just you. Might be related to them losing customizations and, for some people at least, losing their weapons.
It's apparently not a priority.

Very let down that you guys aren't doing anything about HK-51 and Treek losing customizations.
But the fact that you've gone an entire update with the damage you did to group looting and fact that most elite droids and creatures now drop nothing? Two bug-fix patches and an update, and you haven't even added these to the "Known Issues" list? These were "drop-everything-and-fix-this-now"-level bugs, and you haven't even acknowledged the problem. I don't even understand how you guys are capable of allowing a bug like this to remain a moment more than absolutely necessary. If I were in your shoes, I couldn't do it.
I just despair.

This happened to me a few times. I let the bar pass me and jumped onto the base of the moving part instead and had no problem.

I wouldn't call this "bad game design." The game almost certainly doesn't check to see which specialty you've chosen. And why should it, when people can respec from Tank or Heals to DPS, and often do so mid-mission?
RNG trolls. Always has, always will.

You rewarded them for a bad system, and rewarded them well. I hope you're not expecting them to change it, because they have no reason to if it's making people spend like that.

You may not have noticed it in the patch notes, but they recently added a tool called "Your Imagination." Use it, and your problem can be solved without inconveniencing anyone who just wants to get on with playing.
But seriously, back in SWG, I used to sometime get in my ship, hyperspace to my destination planet, and dock instead of just using the terminal to instant travel for pretty much this same reason. But it didn't affect anyone but me.
Are the Kingpin Weeklies supposed to be by Legacy?
