are there end game, high end, red saber / red crystals for dark jedi? are high end red crystals available for the republic faction?

Wonder if we could get any rough ideas on server population balance for various servers? Perhaps a reasonably we to determine such is the ratio of huttball / same faction WZs and if Illum has any opposing forces. Black Valkers - there is very few republic on this server. I saw perhaps three republic toons the entire time leveling. When PvPing, huttball is 3/4th the matches and our illum is imperials camping crates.
