Yeah i can't wait to read everyone's Mail from the end of Part III (that doesn't sound intrusive at all)

Haven't done part 3 on any other character but my sorc yet, though all this talk of the Emperor possibly being involved. EDIT: Found it! This, they ask for feedback and suggestions, but most if not all of it is just scrapped or ignored. There have been some highly requested features people have been asking for since launch that haven't been implemented. But back on topic: i would like to see Telos, Manaan or Kashyyk like many other people would. I want to know how the telos restoration project went and what happened to kashyyk after the czerka incident.

yeah i'm not that dumb, i know the only time i use force lightning is from affliction proc and yes, i do always have something queued up. though "someone wrote that you were only hitting a few moves between your next TB? Is your lag giving you dead gcd's? Where you activate an ability, lose a gcd but nothing happens? Have you noticed anything like this? Could explain your apm and dps, if you do always have something q'd?" that and the mashing buttons thing sounds like what could be the problem. i'll try slow down a bit next time, i do notice sometimes how i can get a bit of lag during casts and sometimes i'll hit the button but it doesn't cast, or the animation will show but it doesnt go on cooldown or do any damage.

okay best parse yet, i added the armor reduction and health reduction to the dummy (1.5mil, wasn't sure what the difference in the size of health pool meant) http://www.torparse.com/a/605736 2600 dps 39.69 APM and only didnt crit TB once, though i have noticed i can get a bit trigger happy with thundering blast and lose out on an instant chain lightning every now and then.

in regards to too much alacity, at the moment i have two pieces of gear that increase alacrity which i currently don't have anything to replace them with. i do have enough comms to buy an implant from the vendor but its crit and accuracy, which i don't want either of them. also on the beginning of the parse, i use my adrenal and polarity shift after the first TB and before LS and i dont think the combat log analysis shows this, so that might be why im doing what seems to be less actions. the issue with the thundering blasts not critting is just a matter of me misjudging the time left on afflction before it runs out, in which case im probably better off going for e.g a lightning strike instead of a non-crit TB. one last thing, no i haven't been parsing with any armor debuff or any sort of thing on my dummy, i wasn't even aware of debuffs to it oh i forgot, yeah i have dabbled in madness a bit but i don't find it as enjoyable as lightning. Our guild is currently in HM DF and we have cleared up to corrupter zero, but i just feel like i have a lot of wasted potential and that i could do better with my current gear than i should be. thanks for the input as well, i appreciate all the advice

sorry for the late reply, i've changed a few things up. latest parse: http://www.torparse.com/a/605652/2/0/Damage+Dealt i have the 4 set bonus for dps now crit chance is down to 23% (can only go lower by changing one implant and 1 mod) alacrity @ 153 although even with these changes its 2500 dps at about 37 apm, i have no idea how i can boost that higher, i always have an ability queued and there's never a moment (tmk) that i'm not casting or doing damage. my average latency is about 220-250ms

Yeah i switched a few enhancements around and got my accuracy to 110, in the revised parse i had 0 misses/resists. Boosting my apm, no idea if its just a latency issue on my part or what because the rotation is fine and im never waitingfor an ability to come off cd, i've always got an attack queued up next as well. I was noticing some slight latency issues when i was parsing so ill try fix that and upload a new parse later. Also, testing was done on my ship ops test dummy.

thanks for the reply. my total force accuracy in gear is 107.64% i assumed the 3% from talents would cover the rest but obviously not. i don't use shock in my general dps rotation, because per GCD LS does more average damage than one shock would and if i use shock instead of LS, then i miss a chance on Lightning Storm and Forked Lightning proc. http://www.torparse.com/a/601479/6/0/Damage+Dealt new parse with better results. 100% crit TB 0 resists this time. Though still only averaging 2400.

yes please, i loved all of these sets, along with the original champion/battlemaster gear they looked great. i would like to use the battlemaster stuff but i really don't want to have to grind to rank 60 valor just to use some old gear. put them on the cartel market if you want, i just want to see these again.

i have honestly never seen any of this drama people always complain about when they say that connecting to us servers from Australia is unplayable, i have lived in Australia all my life and have always played on american servers and i have never had a problem, no insane amounts of lag resulting in an "unplayable" experience. though having never played on an australian located server i don't know how much better it is than connecting to the US servers, but as i said before when people claim unplayable experience i think you're overreacting.

My first character was going to be empire, no matter the faction imbalance. I always loved how the dark side has been designed in SW games and movies and being all merciful and kind is not something I could do easily. Back in like '09 when all the classes weren't revealed I was planning on rolling a sith warrior, I liked the look of the class from all the videos and info, but when the inquisitor was released, that was my passion, the idea of being this incredibly powerful sith lord who scoured the galaxy, learning ancient rituals to make myself more powerful hooked me. Bioware seems to have made the republic look incredibly incompetent and stupid, even from a republic P.O.V (Jedi knight and trooper stories). I have a 22 trooper and 19 Knight (purely for story purposes) I still despise the republic and hate all they stand for, my true Loyalty lie with the sith and the empire. Main reason for my sith love is that they wield immense power and let nothing stop them from achieving their goal. In short, Love the empire, despise republic, that is why I rolled imperial.

i was wondering if this ability ever changes with higher ranks? i noticed do difference between rank 2 and rank 3 apart from the increased cost, is increasing the ranks just a waste of cash or will it get higher? Assassin's Training: Increases your total Endurance by 5 per rank, and increases the base damage dealt by Shock by 25%

yeah it would definitely have to be an expansion feature. though the choice between continuing your training as a Sith on Korriban or head to Tython to train with the Jedi i think would cause some confusion among some new players, not knowing whats going on and everything they could head to Tython thinking its just a change of scenery and end up joining the Jedi order. I think it would definitely have to be late in the game, maybe even at level 50, that way the player gets to watch the rest of their current story play out and then maybe at the end you would then have the choice to switch. Although if it was at level 50, they would then have to add another story if you chose to stay, to balance things out, especially because its not just a story anymore, you are changing factions which would mess up Flashpoints/Operations a bit imo. Especially because there's a story behind those as well (the whole pre-flashpoint missions where you talk to Malgus or whoever on the Repub side) not to mention you are changing factions, so you would be forced to leave your guild if you just want to see things differently and experience another story (assuming they don't add another storyline if you stay) There is alot of work in it, no doubt about that and i'm sure the folks at Bioware could think of a way to do it lol or a few smart fans.

it is alot of work, thats for sure but you never know, maybe in a few years when ToR has its first expansion Bioware could have put on alot more staff by then, more people to work on stuff. Definitely a cool idea but nothing i expect to see for awhile

You wouldn't be granted the title of Lord or Darth (because you are a Dark Jedi, not Sith), but you can still join the empire and fight the republic/jedi with them.
