Looking for separate opinions on WZs and Arena if there is a different ranking of the 3 classes. Hey, My brother and I are returning to the game. Our entire population of toons is on republic side on Bastion. Is there much of a population left? Or should we just reroll to the empire? We mainly enjoy WZ's, with some ranked on weekends, and light PvE. We do enjoy being the underdogs by a little bit, but if it's too one sided it just becomes extremely un-fun. Thanks for any information.

Don't forget about the inevitable space combat preseason now, so they need to wait a bit longer on season 1 to let people get used to the new pvp system...or something like that.

Yeah, I'm a hardcore pvper. Multiglad in wow, avid battlegrounder, played tera for the combat system in pvp, played warhammer, played this game for it's face paced pvp, diamond in league, and so forth. AKA I really, really like pvp and like games that have it. In the current state of both games, I enjoy final fantasy more. It has potential, dps rotations are complex (aside from black mage). The PvE in the game is the most fun I've had in PvE since burning crusade wow. I love the pvp in this game, just the lack of any effort to support it from BW has made me lose all hope in it. Anyways, PVE in FF is actually challenging and fun, with 4v4 arena announced and more pvp to come. Has potential, we'll see if they deliver or have releases like ToR though. My opinion, give it a shot, first month of sub is free anyways.

What makes you think they'll listen to this when they have failed miserably over two years to polish, balance, or maintain the rest of the game. This release happened too quick after 2.4 was released. Just me or is this just a knee jerk Band-Aid fix to stop the bleeding of sub losses due to the failed 2.4 release? I can almost guarantee they weren't going to announce this for another month plus, but due to the 2.4 face plant, they threw together a video and that press page real quick to try and get some of the player base to retain their subscription. Also, notice the "subscription bonuses" section is before the section that actually describes the content they're releasing? Desperation anyone? This will just stretch their already limited resources thinner, and the chance of having a well maintained game will go out the window with this release. R.I.P

If I were to lvl a 50 chiss on my current server, then transfer my main to a different server when xfers come out. Would i be able to make a republic chiss on that new server since the legacy transferred? Or would I have to level another chiss up on the new server. Just wondering since bBoware told us to "start lvling our alts now" for 1.2, and having to re-lvl to unlock a race on the new server would be a real drag. Also wondering if this may expand to all servers, so I currently have a chiss on a different server than my main. Would this count to unlocking chiss on all servers? I'm assuming not since it's not part of my current legacy, but that would be uber. Thanks

Sign, this is going to kill off what few smugglers are left. I'm honestly debating going over to my agent because of how horrid the gear is continuing to be for my smug.

It's decent except for the hood, the hood looks like they just ripped it off one of the first lvl 20 or so sets with a hood and threw it on tier. And we have to wait to see what the rest looks like on male, since I'm hoping that male's won't be showing off their shoulder skin >.>.

It's around 1:40 in that video. First off *** is on smugglers head? Secondly, aside from trooper, do interns design Republic gear and the real designers work on Empire? If BW is trying to help save the faction balance, they should try spending more then 5 minutes designing republic gear (see consular hood). Am I alone in this thought, or does pretty much everyone agree?

Gives you a snare(huge for me) and extra tech damage (unavoidable). The 31 point in SS i feel is pretty useless in pvp. It requires you to be rooted in place for too long or you just wasted your biggest CD. And with how deflection works out, I'd rather my extra damage be tech than more weapon damage. For those of you wondering, it is a competative pve spec too to go hybrid. Sithwarrior.com has more details on that.

I don't even remember the last time I fought a full deception assassin lol. On our server EVERYONE is either full tank or the hybrid tank spec. And there are a crapload of them. Even as dirty fighting you have issues because their cloak has an increased 2 seconds. Sab charge at 15 would be very nice as well.

The class does need some love, but not a huge overhaul. I believe some minor details like leg shot and trickshot becoming tech damage (unavoidable) and dodge affecting more than just weapon damage would go a long way. And honestly, an assassin nerf in my opinion would be the largest gunslinger buff. The amount a good assassin counters a gunslinger is just not even funny. For those wow nerds, it reminds me of when I played my lock and rogues could have you dead or near death by the time their cloak wore off. Not quite the same, but just reminiscent of that. I just always forget to use it in smallscale stuff. I use it all the time in group pvp, but for some reason it doesn't cross my mind enough in 1v1's.

I honestly don't know the specifics, just list the bands and say you don't own rights to any of it is the safe way to go. As for the itunes thing, youtube did that.

Yeah, but same mirror, so not going through the 6 hours of rendering and posting on youtube again to fix =P I caught that one as well.

I do enjoy this class though because of the limited number of people that play it and it's mirror. It's fun having to prove yourself since everyone assumes your class is garbage, at least that's the way I look at it. Fighting for my spot in a good rated team was more fun than it just being handed to me because i was X class with gear.

Depends on situations honestly, for a pve rotation check out sithwarrior.com. For pvp, best burst is a sab---> aimed ---> trick. Just try to use trick on CD and use shock when u need the snare. Also use sab on cd or when u need a bigger burst.

If only I could have gotten it in game too . Black lagoon is sick too though so I'll live.
