  1. Sorry to jack your thread, but I'd also like to know if there are any Republic PvP guilds recruiting. 50 Healing Sage and 50 Gunslinger.
  2. /Sign totally want another of these. Add it too the CM and charge me 200 cartel credits for it...
  3. I love the legacy bonuses, such as buffs for all characters etc and faster exp etc. Just hate that the cool unlocks are character only and I have to spend around 1 mill every time I make a new character ¬_¬
  4. Thanks both of you for your replies. I think I'll go with Tomb even though I have lost all my character names. I'll hope that one day soon I can transfer my characters from the US.
  5. So my dilemma is that I can't pick which server I should focus as my main. (EU - PvP) Tomb of Freedon Nadd I have a 50 Jedi Sage. - Lost all my character names. (US - RP-PvP) Jung Ma I have a 50 Sith Juggernaut. - Kept all my character names but one. Both servers have multiple level 1-35's and have near enough the same bank roll and items etc. I'm not a major person to do groups and I'm quite content to play by myself. However I do like to have groups for PvP and to take part in the occasional raid. I live in the UK. I have a very good internet connection and can average 90ms to US Servers. My ideal situation would be that the paid character transfers (when they eventually do come along) is to consolidate my characters onto one server, however until then I need to pick one in the off chance that I may not be able to move them from EU to US and vice versa. I haven't played in a while and I'm not to sure how the communities on these two servers currently stand, population wise etc. So my question is... can someone help me make my mind up pretty please?
  6. Hey all, Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm just curious if there has been any mention of any new/fresh servers being made now that the game has gone F2P, like one new server for each region?
  7. Yeah, I've done that myself the majority of the returns are not actually star wars and they appear to have a random selection of the New Jedi Order. I guess I'll stick with the hard copies until I get into the more recent era of books. As I'm currently reading them Chronologically.
  8. Are all the EU Novels on the Kindle? I've read lots of conflicting answers when I Google it. Some sources say that Lucas Arts signed a deal to have them all on the Kindle, but when I go to the Kindle store and seach for Spectre of the Past for example, it does not come up as an eBook. I'm asking as I'd like to get a Kindle if I can get all the EU books on it, as it would save me having to carry around the book I'm currently reading and the next one if they were all on the Kindle.
  9. So has there actually been any official word as to what happens if you don't transfer? Because I'm choosing to stay on my server as I don't want to go to ToFN. I had the chance to reroll there months ago when the servers first started dying and I chose not to.
  10. Maybe they are hoping people don't resub and the populations don't get bigger...
  11. If you think the game can only support 1 EU English PvP Server then you are being very short sighted and not looking at the upcoming 1.3 brining ranked warzones and LFG which people have been demanding since day 1. Not to mention the first expansion. People do return and join games for these features alone. The Diablo hype is already dying. Perhaps you should go read their official forums, or other PC game related forums, maybe even look into the class action lawsuit being held in Korea regarding the game. A server population with 200-300 people online during peak is considered healthy. How many more people do you need to do warzones and flashpoints?!
  12. Because the servers are currently capable of reaching 40/50 people on during peak times at fleet and many more or unsubscribbed awaiting transfers and Ranked Warzones.
  13. Or is it that you would then not be able to transfer your alts from Lettow to ToFN along with the alts from Kai-Kan? ToFN is full, there are currently 17 servers transfering there and we haven't even hit the weekend yet when more people are capable of transfering. Lots of accounts have been inactive/unsubscribed whilst waiting for the transfering to take place. Another destination server is needed. We can't all fit on 1 PvP server, not with the current population caps etc.
  14. I disagree. The remaining 3 will be enough to start a second healthy server going. The three combined can reach around 200-300 active during peak on each side and we have room for expansion. Not everyone wants to go to ToFN.
  15. If they were to set Bloodworthy or Basilisk Droid as a destination we would have more than enough to be a standard server with the remaining EU English PvP being transferred to them. No to mention loads of people are coming back but only once Ranked WZ's are implemented.
  16. Well I consider myself lucky, I did not want to end up on ToFN. I hope they will make either Basilisk Droid or Bloodworthy a destination server and then those who want to actually transfer off of ToFN (Yes believe me there are lots) can head off either through paid or Bioware could allow transfers off for a short period. Or as has been suggested before, change an origins servers current destination.
  17. Wow yeah... Tomb Of Freedon Nadd is actually FULL! Definitely no more EU English PvP servers there please. Set either Bloodworthy or Basilisk Droid as the next destination for EU English PvP.
  18. Dune Bantha would make a good place for a destination server tbh.
  19. All the more reason to have either Bloodworthy or Basilisk Droid be the next EU English PvP Destination. TBH Bloodworthy is the better name, but I'm cool with Basilisk Droid!
  20. Bloodworthy or Basilisk Droid for Destination server! We can't only have TOFN for PvP EU English. Not everyone wants to be on the Cesspool that is TOFN...
  21. Joveth Gonzalez ‏@Joveth With that being said, you can expect some more more servers opening up today. Not as many as the past few days since we're finetuning #swtor Joveth Gonzalez ‏@Joveth Just a reminder, this character transfer process is gradual and requires us to monitor populations and see how they stabilize. #swtor Joveth's twitter a few minutes ago.
  22. It's actually quite easy, just go online to request the documentation to change your name. You sign it with the presence of a witness who signs it too. Send it back and boom your name is changed. (Well that's how it works in the UK).
  23. Haha, I bet your name in real life isn't very original either, but you wouldn't like being told you're being transferred to a new city, so your name can no longer be Joe Blogs as someone else in this city already has that name, however you can call yourself Joee Blogs or Jooe Blogs instead. But actually the person who currently is called Joe Blogs in the city died and is never coming back, but as they still have that name you're still not allowed to use it. Enjoy.
