  1. To be clear, do you mean the +25% damage via talents that all sniper/gunslingers have access to regardless of spec? Or, are you actually talking about the +15% crit chance / +30% crit damage that mm does get? Also, all three of the specs are good for leveling. Pick one you like the sound of, roll face across key-board, gain levels.
  2. Hey guys. I totally just cancelled my netflix sub. Who needs their crappy selection when I have this drama to watch. *Makes popcorn*. Also, for the record original poster: Leveling is easy. Run whatever makes you feel happy and warm and fuzzy inside.
  3. lol. True story. Worst part about my slamming the OP? I'm not an RPer by and large. I pvp and pve much more. I am just a really big star wars fan. And, hate it when people try to pass them selves off as experts who clearly have 0 clues about what they are talking about. EDIT: I also had no idea this was even a thing until I logged in to read the forums this afternoon. xD
  4. For the record, These 'shamans' you talk about where part of the Kwa species, a reptilian race native to dathomir. This was 100,000 Years BBY. They were extince by 30,000 Years BBY. Which is when the planet was ruled by the Rakata. The Rakata are the 'ancient' race often mentioned in this game. By this time there are 0 Kwa alive. And 0 shamans. 3000 Years BBY Dathomir was a prison colony for the Paecian Empire. Around 1000 Years BBY the brotherhood of darkness had a sith academy on Dathomir. Which started it's trend towards the dark side. The change to strong matriarchal society on the planet didn't happen till around 600 Years BBY (Almost 2500 years after this game, making it closer to the movies than this game.) When exiled jedi Allya was banished there. Where she taught the women of the penal colony the ways of the force. They, along with her daughters became the first night sisters. Before this however, it was a long standing penal colony. Very similar to Belsavis. Minus of course, the revolt featured in this game. The Blackwing 'plague' was an engineered sickness created by the Empire (Darth Sidius') some time between Episodes IV and V. This should have 0 baring on anything in this game's time frame. You got the moons and the star right. Good job. (there are 4 moons.) Winterfest? Winterfest? Again, not until way way way past where this game is in time line. There were only ever dozens of clans. Not hundreds. So, no. You are wrong. Get your facts straight. Also, Both the clone wars and kotor are cannon. In fiction, canon is the material accepted as part of the story in an individual universe of that story. It is often contrasted with, or used as the basis for, works of fan fiction. Both the Clone Wars and Kotor fall under this heading. Where did you do this so claimed research? Just stuff you made up? StuffIMadeUpToSoundLikeASmartyPants.net? That's alright. But don't for a second try to call people out on what is and isn't cannon and then spew random nonsense that isn't anywhere near correct and try to pass it off as fact just because you said so.

  6. For a guildie Character Name - Green'beam Guild - <Aisthesis> Category - 8v8 Biggest Heal Number - #1 Warzone Code - AH Screenshot - 13158
  7. I really enjoy the gang mentality here. I understand your precious Lan didn't explain herself very well. But, honestly guys, you are making her position less stable by being complete morons while flocking to her defense like this. You are making her look like someone who can't speak up for herself and instead needs to send her flying monkeys out after everyone. Have a good day.
  8. Then, Lan should learn to use punctuation. Without a period, they are not two distinct thoughts. The conjunction 'and' implies that the two are in fact related thoughts. More importantly, the 'and' implies that they are in fact thoughts that heavily compliment each other. For instance, "Lan corrected my misunderstanding ~and~ this other random guy felt he had to try too." Please try again though, this is hilarious.
  9. It is not against any rules to use the name The'Hulk. It is however against the rules to misuse the report function to report things that arn't against the rules. Enjoy your vacation.
  10. For the record, you do realize that it says right when you chose an RP server that there are no special rules as to naming on an RP server? Sure it's tacky. But, it's not against the rules. This thread thus has literally 0 purpose. ./thread
  11. good choice, good choice. here's one for ya. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8w8Q-zXgC0s
  12. lol, I'll give you that. Nice Joel choice.
  13. I think that makes his argument invalid . . .
  14. Good choice, a bit overly slow for my tastes. 7.5/10 Cause it had to happen some time On a more srs note tho:
  15. Picard says hi I know it's not technically a 'your argument is invalid' but . . .still hilarious.
  16. For the record, I also spoke out against this and ask anyone that's ever had me craft anything for them. I give people their crits. If your mats gave a crit, you get it. Period. Full stop. I know multiple people have told me that I'm not making money as much as I should. But, personally, I'm less concerned with having an extra digit at the end of my bank roll that I'll end up never spending or spending on some frivolous item anyway. And more concerned with having a community of friends I can do stuff with. There's nothing I hate more about this community then the people who ***** and moan about other people while pretending they are speaking from a place of purity. Everyone has flaws man, you, me, everyone. Get off your high horse. K Thanks.
  17. Haka (republic side) Free with mats. Barrels: Skill 34 Armoring: Skill 34 Might 34 Mods: Mettle Mod 34A Keen Mod 34 Deflecting Mod 34B Artful Mod 34 Enhancements: Battle 34 Finesse 34 Initiative 34 Insight 34
  18. In accordance with the OP title: Statement: Deleting trouble makers with fire often deters other trouble makers of the same sort. The sight of one of their comrades burning alive makes most organic meat bags turn tail and run.
  19. Except, the Green Jedi order was always much more 'hands on' and less philosophical compared to the Tythonian Order . . . Also, I really hate RPers who don't do their home work. For instance: This game takes place about 3643-3641 bby. 'The Jedi Code' changes a lot over that time period. For instance, during this time period Jedi could get permission to marry from the order. It was frowned upon in most cases but it doesn't become such a complete taboo outlaw until well after this game ends. For instance, Satele is Bastila and Revan's grand daughter and her mother was Tasiele Shan. Also a Jedi. Satele also had a son.
  20. I meant in terms of the 'don't flag if you don't want to pvp' comments.
  21. To be fair, if your talking about the incident last night in section x, your guild mate got reported for harassment. Which was taking place. It had nothing to do with 'simply being in the base'
  22. I don't think there is such a thing. Not that I've heard of anyway.
  23. I hate: Cantina RP. It has it's place when characters are taking a break, sure. But there are some people who literally all they do is stand around in the cantina talking about stuff. Grey Jedi Sure, there are some reasons to RP a grey jedi. However, the common use of it is 'I wanna' be a jedi, but I don't want to deal with any of the downsides of actually being a jedi.' And that's just crap. Troopers (and such) Wearing nothing but skivvies in public If you’re going to wear the slave outfit or some other form of super revealing clothing IC, do not get your panties in a twist when another character calls you out on it. You’ll come off as a much stronger character if you just stand your ground and embrace it. That being said, also keep it realistic. Carrick Station, the main hub for the Republic Fleet and the Republic Military, is /not/ a place where people would be roaming around in boots, panties, and a tube top…especially if they work for the Republic Military, SIS, or are part of the Jedi. if there is a good IC reason behind it, it totally fits and it's awesome. Unfortunately, most of the people I've seen wearing it have been using it for dancing or just an excuse to have their **** out. I mean...come on, what kind of on-duty trooper would wear that? For serious, people. </Rant>
  24. Here's looking at you DDoSers . . . http://fc06.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2013/350/d/c/renee_by_truebluejay-d6y93pb.png
