What vendor is supposed to have the upgrades for the limited edition and razer, yellow and green crystals? I've checked with every vendor I could find and none say anything about trading up or purchasing these crystals. I have the low end models ,but want to upgrade.

could be form the latest update also, look on the trooper thread and were all talking about the change in combat .I have a lvl 45 mando and started doing some PVE in the area I was at before the update and all the sudden I'm taking damage faster,cant heal fast enough w/ my companion and almost dying in every encounter to regular silvers. I've manged to work around it a bit.but it's almost like I don't have any armor on. Check in all the class info and see if others have been having the same issue. A lot of trooper players are practically shelving the class for the moment.

Has anyone heard of any of the other classes getting "squishier"? Were suppose to have Heavy Armor and we dont have all the shields and protections of the other classes,but we shouldn't be taken to death by a single silver a level or 2 around us .

Ive been feeling the same thing against silver mobs my own level. I seems to be taking a lot more damage,but burning through my ammo ,and all my cooldowns seem like an hour. I use elora to heal since I'm DPS and she barely keeps up.by time I'm done with a silver I'm almost dropped and it takes me a couple tries and kiting to deal with a gold at my level now,where it was a decent ,but not almost impossible fight ,before.

Ive encounterd the same thing. Im at 320 on underworld,have only gotten a few schematics and they were all for synthweaving also. I do agree I enjoy armormech,but would liek to do more with it than make some low gear for my alt. And being able to re the junk armor I find would be nice. To get materials and maybe a chance for schematics (including orange would be nice ).

Yup just pick up lots of material and have all companions craft multiples of same schematic. usually within 10 to 15 I get crits on stuff,but being rakata purple it might take more ,but it is random.

I can check I have armormech 400 and have been buying and crafting about every schematic that was available (dont care about saving creds for a speeder:)) Will check out schematics.

last time I looked a character of high enough level and armor needed about 6-7 or more hits of grav round to get them close to low health(thats not super Kill-one-shot to me), and as stated before it can be interrupted. Also troopers really don't have much else,all our other attacks do good damage also ,but no ones needing to nerf them. Also for some reason everything thing we have seems to take frggn forever to launch and our hammer shot is weak. We run like trolls with concrete feet ,have one hit and charge to knock someone back and one cc,but all the other classes move faster than us and can get back into melee range faster than we can kite .So we are pretty much at the far end of super -uber ,bad boys in pvp. Let us keep what little we do have .

I have Elora healing since I/m running DPS. She keeps me healed why I take out the mobs.

Those are the only blue armor colored ones I've come across that where modable so far.

most the gear was drops from what I remember.Not sure of location or boss though.

another thing though,if you have scavange you can craft low to mid grade items all day long by picking up salvage everywhere and just sell the stuff to a vendor for some extra creds when you need it.

i enjoy armormech and have crafted a majority of gear for myself and companions. I realy have fun Re'ing and being able to craft purple items and sell them or get stuff set up for guildies. so It can be annoying or worthless to others ,but I find it useful myself.
