  3. exactly, the video illustrates something that shouldn't be done really. But never the less, especially in the lower tier wz's, you see countless BH/Troopers spamming it and that is ALL they do. No attempt to do much of anything else. I mean, if i was an assassin and all i had to do was run around and hit Maul over and over without detriment to resources, what do you think you would see?
  4. I agree, most wz's i got into i find 2-3 troopers and a like amount of BH's doing the same thing. Tracer spam or Grav Round spam. Its actually quite funny as i spam say Tracer/Grav ! while killing them. But really, The class does need a lot of work in the diversification usefulness realm. Tracer, tracer, tracer, tracer, tracer................

    I Totally agree with this. 100%. How many times have they posted stuff that was fixed in patch notes to see that they are indeed not fixed. How much longer do you have to pay for broken content before it gets fixed Sure Mr. Customer, here is your brand new corvette. We fixed the window you see with the crack in it. It shouldn't have a visible crack in it any more. Mr. Customer says "The crack is still there, Oh and the engine sometimes doesn't work"
  6. Sure, I will vote for it, as long as you are queu'd against other premade 8 man teams. It is virtually pointless being in an 8 man premade and going against a PuG. The point is competition afterall............ you can do mindless rolling in Ilum.
  7. They are trying to push people away. It's getting very obvious. They are nerfing without regard to impact. It's one thing to nerf damage because it's high in pvp, it's another to do so and not realize that it is also crippling in pvp. The same goes for the Stims...........What is the point in having biochem after this nerf went? The implants are ridiculously cheap, medpac's are hardly needed in nightmare/hard modes UNLESS your group REALLY REALLY sucks and even when you do need them, you can buy them for cheap. I have made characters on a few servers and the GTN's all have an abundance of them. It really seems they are balancing strictly around PvP.

  9. This JK is obviously in full battlemaster or close to it and fighting against people who have like no gear, i mean, check the health out on some of those people 12k? 11k? For real, your gear =/= skill
  10. Obviously, we don't care.......... obviously 5 warzones in a row we have won this morning.............not a single one has counted towards the daily being completed................ FIVE!!!!! Who writes the patch notes and tests that the notes are actually true?
  11. I haven't quit yet. But i am so damn close that i can taste it. PvP is HORRIBLE: has been since launch and the fixes aren't even fixes........... crap is STILL Broken PvE is a Joke: Instances arent' worth devoting time to. Ops are mildly amusing but that is only because of some of the bugs. +1 to karagga's though....... i like that raid. Developer feedback is sparse especially on the topics that SHOULD Be critical. Those are the ones that 90% of the threads are about ......... Crew Skills are front loaded with no staying power once everyone has what they need. Re-usable medpac market can only last so long. Battlemaster/champion gear..........do i really need to say more. They have about two weeks, then I'm going to devote my time and money towards gw2........ I may only be 1 person........but I am positive i am not alone.
  12. I leave if it's an obvious loss within the first 2-3 minutes. I leave if there are only two people attempting to prevent the score in huttball. I leave if a 6 people go to a turret and fail to cap it to less numbers. I leave if people don't focus the healer and we lose the middle I leave if the first door in voidstar gets destroyed in the first 2 minutes. I leave if there is someone using a pull mechanic to skip across the map on the opposite team in huttball. I leave if I join a match that is already losing. period. I leave if my team is full of assassins.......... This happens way too much.......way too much. Especially if I'm an assassin...... 1. Nothing is worth making me stay in any of the above scenario's 2. 9/10 i will requeu and get into a winning match with rewards that are greater than those of a losing match i JUST left 3. Credits, Valor and Commendations are not suitable replacements for a win when the goal is to complete your daily pvp quest for a bag that contains no gear (or gear). 4. It's piss easy to made credits in this game. valor too (just stand at the enemy base in ilum). Commendations are almost worthless........almost........pretty close.........no, they are worthless.........
  13. PvP in this game is complete garbage in it's current incarnation. When i say COMPLETE GARBAGE, i mean, it should be disabled and fully re-designed while firing the head of pvp development (yes you can post on here but i wouldn't if i were you). 1. ilum is a joke. The changes they made were a bandaid. Now, instead of trading control points, they trade kills at the lower populated faction base. While doing my weekly in under 40 mins today doing this, i managed to pick up 5 valor ranks.... yes 5...... although it was only 33-38. 2. Crowd controls are WAY too strong. Knock back with a Huge snare or Root attached that has a long duration........ seriously? Who ever approved that needs to be fired. Also, STUN, STUN, STUN, Force Choke, Knockback ROOT! Now catch me while I heal myself and my team.......... 3. I'm fairly sure my resolve bar fills up once every 3-4 games. I cannot remember a time when i resisted a CC. 4. On the topic of CC. Why the hell aren't knockbacks, snares and slows on the resolve list? 5. Mediocre Healers are almost impossible to kill 1 v 1 to begin with and good healers won't die without being focused by no less than 2 people. Great healers aren't going to die period. Seriously, beating through a shield takes a lot longer than it should in comparison to the cool down of the shield. Ilum: Focus it on objectives with kills being a side quest with added valor. Have Ilum activate every hour or two hours and have the sides fight for control. Add in siege mechanics (Aal DAOC). Have the battle rage for a set amount of time and then end it. Give a bonus to valor, xp or whatever based on how much of the ilum pvp map is controlled or how many objectives. Institute DR on kills in a fashion that is ACTUALLY WORKS..... There needs to be a better way to acquire pvp gear than those stupid annoying bags......... That system is REALLY stupid. Have players you kill drop the champion tokens. lower the price on centurion/champion gear by 30% for actual primary armor slots (Chest, Head, legs, boots, belt), 15% for weapons (excluding off hand shields, generators, focuses) and 10% for the relics, implants and earpieces. By the way, I was just in a warzone where my team had 12 people........ Theirs had 13.... Listen man, in a time period in the MMO industry where success and failure is heavily determined by the pvp mechanics in relation to the pve mechanics, i doubt you can afford to let things such as these continue while offering very little to any feedback and failing to fix bugs you said were fixed in a patch less than 24 hours prior. In addition, you really need to listen to your testers when they scream at you on the test forums about broken mechanics and they still show up broke week after week.

  15. I have had 5 wz's today with more than 8. I wish i would have screen shotted the one that had 11 in it. Was ridiculous. oh and whoever the developer was that though roots and stuns should be added to the knock back, you sir should be dropped off a cliff then run over.
  16. Eh, i have to agree to some extent. Ilum really needs a complete redesign. I can tell you WITH certainty where any battle in ilum is happening on Iron Citadel, at the entrance to the republic base. All day, every day its sit there and wait for someone to get pulled into the imperials for a quick player kill. Do this 30 times, log off. Aside from crowd controls being extremely out of control in this game, PvP needs a fix in a bad way. Balancing for some classes doesn't exist while for others they need a pick me up. More disturbing is there really isn't a reason to do anything outside of an OPS group. None of the instances are rewarding vs. the amount of time it takes to complete them. I have 9 skills maxed on 3 different characters........(that's 3 skills per toon for you math geniuses). I have cleared all content on Hard Mode in 8 and 16 ops. Don't care about Nightmare, what more could it offer? I log on, do my pvp dailies (because the pve ones and their associated rewards are COMPLETE GARBAGE) and then log off until OPS time. Then i log on while we clear everything in less than 2 hours. Normal mode 1 Night, hard mode the next night. I have to say that Unsub button is looking more attractive daily

  18. You played wow for 6-7 years and never saw a nerf like that? Are you blind? Dumb? Stupid? Hunters in wow every major content patch maybe? Every class has been nerfed harder than this in WoW. deathknights in Ulduar? hello? Most operatives will tell you that this nerf was needed to make pvp more consistent. OP's are op in pvp as it stands. Don't get mad cause your free ride is coming to an end, find a way to adjust.
  19. My only suggestion right now. Focus at a minimum 60% of your force towards fixing the incredibly absurd amount of bugs. 1. There isn't a boss in EV that doesn't have a bug attached to it. 2. There isn't a HM flashpoint i can recall that i fully cleared without it having a bad bug on it. 3. Graphical Errors galore (none that I am having honestly) 4. Oh and i have had an Item replacement ticket that has been elevated to the replacement people for more than a week. Just saying, hire more etc. new dungeon content should not be getting released when the sorry state of the game clearly shows a need in other directions.
  20. Both versions failed to work for me last night. Had two people who could not see the op group and for both the raid was getting a message stating they were removed from the ops group. This message occurred every 30s exactly to the second. I was also able to use a 4th crew skill for most of the evening yesterday also. Open my window and had Slicing, BioA, BioC, and Treasure Hunting in my window to use. TH being the new one that i never had. I could open it and send companions out if i chose to.
  21. Saw all of those bugs so far in the last 3 days.........its been quite......disappointing. Considering taking a few months of my subscription and channeling it into something else and then checking to see how much progress on bugs they have made. I wonder if i get paid for testing the game again........wait no, i am paying them to test the game.........
  22. I agree, i have seen A LOT and i mean tons of bugs in the game. The one that is breaking the game is the end game bugs. Seriously, that is going to kill the game for this company.
  23. OMG, i don't know how much longer I am going to put up with the bugs within the game. Trying to form an Ops group tonight for karagga........ Couldn't get everyone in the instance. Two players bugged to the point that we couldn't remove them from the group, we were getting notified every 30s on the second that they were removed from group and no matter how many times they reset their client they could not join the ops group. After we called the raid, none of us could leave the damn ops group unless we all restarted our client, then reset our UI and Left the freaking ship we were on....... So, I try to salvage the night and do a couple HM flashpoints. We attempted Directive 7, and One of the Ilum dungeons. Were unable to complete because the final boss on D7 HM broke and the I think 2nd real boss on the Ilum dungeon broke...... So we tried one more thing, we attempted to queu for pvp. Unable to queu as a group but each could queu solo while grouped. And I almost forgot, Ilum pvp objectives were broke also........ for atleast 15-16 hours so far. Add that in to the lag, surprisingly bad random FPS drops, long load times between planets and the completely horrid lack of communication on any of the above topics and find myself questioning my resolve to play a game that should be better. This game SHOULD be in better shape, A LOT better shape. edit: Should have also said, most of these were present every night we have tried to raid. Got lucky one night and after giving random players the "Raid Aids" as some of the guys call it we were able to get everyone in. Only took an hour to get people set because of that garbage bug.
  24. Pre-nerf Muru was still the hardest boss they created IMO. The only thing that really made H Rag "Difficult" was depending on people to not stand in stuff. I killed H-Rag during 4.2 and it really wasn't a hard fight to understand. But if you get someone who lives in a tree outside of some random city in Singapore who has a latency that blows, the fight can get more difficult. Addon's aren't a crutch, they are a tool to allow someone to further improve their performance in the area of their choice. That is it. They are invaluable to serious raiders and to those who choose to be a more casual, solo minded, story driven player, they can be a pain. Either way, they need to be here for the game to compete with WoW in the end game category.
  25. With the amount of bugs and broken content currently available, I am honestly scared to see what will happen if/when they do allow addons and UI adjustments. On second thought, maybe if they did allow them, then the player base could fix their game for them..............
