  1. This is working as intended. I regularly get 302 items when I'm at 306. I rarely ever got an upgrade from renown crates, they're pretty much junk. Renown system sucks.
  2. I can't for the life of me make that jump. I've tried hundreds of times and fail it every time, not really sure why.
  3. And the current way they're managing SWTOR is going to cost them money in the end. If EA loves money, they'd want SWTOR to improve not get worse.
  4. The state Bioware has left this game in is quite sad considering it's their only product right now making any money whatsoever(lolanthem) and DA4 is at least a few years away at best. EA's CFO even recently _heaped praise on it_ for being a stable source of revenue as recently as last November. Yet Bioware management seems to not care at all about the game that Bioware Austin put so much effort into and polishing. I can't believe I'm about to type this, but SWTOR probably needs EA to step in and do something about Bioware's management if it's to be saved.
  5. Not quite correct, you can crush the items for tech fragments/scrap. That's pretty much the entire use of renown, which is ridiculous.
  6. I assume the maintenance was an emergency one to fix the GTN mail bug
  7. Because they don't actually enjoy the game but enjoy the slow-drip dopamine release of the skinner box.
  8. Crafting isn't even good as a credit making tool anymore, the few items worth crafting are (shockingly!) being flooded and the profits are becoming razor thin now. The only good way to make credits is to buy things off of the cartel market and sell them on the GTN.
  9. There's no way to fix crafting at this point, and it can't be fixed until a new gear 'reset' happens. Why bother spending any credits buying anything crafted(especially millions upon millions of credits for items that people have spent tens if not hundreds of millions to learn) when you can just run hammer station a few times for better gear? Ironically, with crafting in such a state they essentially made it impossible for newer/poorer players to become as rich as people who got rich from crafting. The only real way to make money now is to buy things off the cartel market and sell them, really makes you wonder if this was all intended
  10. Doubt it. Bioware poached a ton of SWTOR devs to help rush Anthem out the gate and then more to try to rescue Anthem now that it's on life support. I wouldn't be surprised if there is never another big content expansion and the game is basically on life support now.
  11. It's caused by the GSI buff. I reported this ingame but haven't received a reply in well over 2 months.
  12. This is it. A large portion of SWTOR devs got taken off the project to work on the failure that is Anthem.
  13. I noticed on Jedipedia the mobs required to kill for this were altered in 6.0.2, going to guess someone forgot to tag them for the quest or whatever is needed.
  14. Much of the crew skill UI needs work, especially with all the companions now. Too much clicking, too many lists(that are tiny on modern displays and therefore require too much scrolling) etc., I often just choose not to do crew skills because it's annoying
  15. Hmm, I could be wrong then. I don't keep close track of my sales and it seemed like the number added up.
