I was getting the same error and found the solution in a old EA help thread. Open task manager and stop all running bitraider processes, then delete the bitraider folder for the Star Wars-The Old Republic directory. Worked for me, I started the game again and it took a few minutes to verify then loaded normally. Hope it helps!
