    Tip of the hat

This is the worst idea that I've read in these forums. Congratulations OP, there have been millions before you, but you take the ribbon.
  2. The last 3 times I've played VS, my smuggler has become stuck in the crouching position after the second round starts. I can still move and use some abilities, but it seems to me there is no way of breaking out of it. It even persists through death. And no, /stuck does not work. Anybody else experiencing this? It only happens on VS.
  3. He can choose sources with his monitor, so no shut downs will be required.
  4. And it looks like the DVI cable and the 3.5 mm cable came with your monitor, so you should be good to go.
  5. Your motherboard has integrated audio it sounds like, so you'll use the green port from your PC to the 3.5mm port on your monitor (again, if it exists... it should).
  6. Rarely do Rambo tactics work.... Just sayin'.... (I hate when people say that... )
  7. LOL (You trollin' us??)... you'll need to use a 3.5mm cable from your sound card to the 3.5mm input on your monitor (if available).
  8. Theoretically, DVI and HDMI are the same for video... so It's a toss up. You may see a degradation in quality, give it a shot and find out. Also keep in mind, DVI doesn't push your audio, so if you're using your monitor speakers for your PC (which I doubt you are) you'll lose sound.
  9. Yep, you can do this too. Do people still have DVI cables laying around??
  10. Depends on your monitor. Do you have 2 HDMI ports? If so, use two different HDMI cables.. one for the PC & one for the Xbox and just switch "sources" on the monitor. If not, I'm sure your monitor has a standard RGB connection in which case you could pick up the Xbox RGB cable (probably like $25 at Frys Electronics, Best Buy, etc) That way, you could keep the HDMI connection to your PC and use the RGB cable for your Xbox. Again, you'll need to switch "sources" accordingly. EDIT: Looks like those Xbox RGB cables are hard to come by these days... perhaps a switch box would be more appropriate for you. Here's a link to something that should work: LINKY
  11. Did you not see my biggrin at the end of my post? It's Friday, lighten up a bit dude - it was a "funny". Wow, sensitive people are sensitive.
  12. The posts up above are pretty good suggestions. In addition, if you plan on coming back to the forums crying because you are getting squashed as a new 50, pick up a box of Kleenex too.
  13. Nice to see that even the forum mods encourage the use of childish terms.. Nice work!
  14. Servers should be up within the next 24 hours.
  15. On our server (The Bastion) there were in-game notifications.
  16. You sure are all over the "hack" threads and rarely have anything insightful to say. Suspicious to say the least.
  17. I hope you guys find what it is that you're looking for in GW2. Can it stand up to the hype? I doubt it. You and the OP will probably be lighting up the GW2 forums with your hands out. Kids today... they don't have the faintest idea of what it IS to work for something.
  18. +1 Someone who experienced it on their own and not buying into all the whining. I seriously almost shed a tear reading your post. Keep up the awesome attitude!

    Low level pvp

Whatever dude. People ***** and moan about all sorts of things - 10s queuing for WZs is just ONE of those things. I could care less who joins, I pop caps (read lasers) in all levels without discrimination. So, OP, have fun queuing, and AGAIN good luck. My post was not to discourage you as this ^ person insinuates.

    Low level pvp

You can queue up at level 10. Don't think you'll be welcomed with open arms though. Good luck.
  21. I kill imps all day long (well, at night - i have a job).
