  1. Happens to me too. Like text inside item descriptions will just vanish so it's just an empty box, or text in the chat window will turn black and be unreadable, today a tutorial window popped up and one of the boxes which contains info was just empty so I couldn't read up on a certain feature.
  2. What are the WoW server caps compared to SWTOR?
  3. I don't think most of the US can play SWTOR in their sleep. So, yeah.
  4. Unsubscribed last week and yet I was so close to getting a 3month subscription. This game needs more Republic players.
  5. If serious, your saves are stored on the servers you play on. They aren't stored on your PC.
  6. Hmm, I think the best thing to do is roll Empire, that seems to be where the playerbase is. I've been Republic since early start and it's really, really, really quiet. I like playing my Trooper, but I hate soloing.
  7. Deathwing endgame boss = Purchasable content by buying Cataclysm? I don't play WoW... VS. SWTOR vanilla non-endgame boss? OP = stupid, or troll?
  8. Thin playerbase. Because of all the small planets and instancing, it feels like you're on your own in the world. It's horrible, this is the first MMORPG I've played since 2001 where I feel as though I'm on my own... Crazy. :s
  9. BW choking the playerbase. I struggle to find groups for heroics and flashpoints, I rolled on Chuundar which was maxed at one point at launch, now it usually sits at Normal population and I've spent far too much time on my character to roll elsewhere. Thinking of not subscribing despite this being a decent RPG, I was hoping for a Star Wars Massively Multiplayer Online like SWG, but all this instancing, lack of players and everyone being spread out thin makes me look towards other MMO's which have the massively bit. There's too many great RPG's out there with great singleplayer and SWTOR lacking the massively aspect puts it way behind these great games. I'm hoping Bioware will do something fast.
  10. I really didn't want to cancel my sub, but SWTOR feels dead, lonely. I'm sick of soloing, people hardly respond in chat and it seems there's a dozen players on a WHOLE PLANET ? Sick of soloing and I can't see things getting any better. The appeal of an MMO is gaming alongside the hundreds/thousands of players, SWTOR doesn't deliver on this.
  11. Loving it, but lots of room for improvement, hopefully Bioware will oblige. 7/10.
  12. I like this thread, and the OP bringing a well written point to the table.
  13. Combination of work/school/college/impulse purchase, no longer can everyone be on at the same time, the population seems more spread out throughout the day now the holidays are over.
  14. Forcing AA and playing in windowed mode and my game performance has been great so far. But then again, I clean my PC regularly, I defrag my HDD, I do regular virus and spyware scans and make sure Windows boots up with only needed software. Yes, gaming PCs need regular maintenance.
