  1. they have a very small dev team and our community isn't enough valuable for them to invest time and ressourse to keep the swtor section up to date. And since it's really painfull to get data from swtor, they have to datamine game file in order to have all items in their database. It's really sad to see that the swtor section is now closed. However thx to the AMR dev team for the time it lasted
  2. Off topic but I love your sign so much truth in those 2 lines
  3. Haven't see it before make my own thread about this. This is the only mount i want soo far /Signed too
  4. Hi there, when i've seen Shae Vizla flying around with her Jet-pack, it's just remind me how much i want the ability to perma use my jetpack as a mount. The accelerator perk in the legacy tree has a awesome animation, why couldn't we have a mount whose use the exact same animation but without the time limit on it ? The DP/DF nim mount is a step in the right direction but honnestly I don't want my BH to use some metallic tentacle when he got a fuc**** Jet pack in his back. And as the animation is the same as the accelerator perk, it shouldn't be difficult to do it Anyone would like to see this kind of mount ?
  5. 1) A companion App/website to see the statut of craft/gathering even when we aren't online and because Christmas is near : 2) the possibility to delete some useless schematics, it's a pain to search in all the plan because of this 3) a search function /signed
  6. Well I guess we (theorycrafters) keep going to do some TC but this game got so much broken mechanics and as bioware really don't give a f*** about it even when we post number to proove our statement.
  7. Nop you'll loose a insane amount of power this way. All your spells gain from power, only critical gains from surge, and due to the fact that we no longer have a lot of crit, surge don't worth to be spend over accuracy. Best way to go is in 186 (7 enhancement + 1 augment), 192 (7 acc enhancement) and in 198 (6 acc enhancement + 1 acc augment)
  8. Well at least we have a respond. Thx for posting it. I also auto-quote myself from the other topic about it. For people who complain about this non change :
  9. well, no 100/110% is still the must have.Don't forget that when 2.0 patch goes live even with the 3% accuracy talent (and when 2.0 was released, some AC class didn't have this talent ) we need almost 460 accu rating. The best enhancement was the 72 one (169 now) with 79 accu on it. 460/79 = 5,82 That's mean in order to get the accu cap we needed either 6 acc enhancement or 5 + 2 acc augment. Now in 198 gear we need 6 acc enchancement + 1 acc. But 198 is the top gear from the first tier of content (like 72/169 was). If the curve stay the same we'll have like 3 more tiers : 2.0 patch : 72/169 (2.0 release) 75/174 (S&V + TFB nim release) 78/180 (DP + DF hm release) 81/186 (DP + DF nim release) 3.0 patch : 84/198 (3.0 release) 87/204 (2 new ops hm ?) 90/210 (yavin + rishi nim ?) 93/216 (the 2 new ops from 87/204 in nim mode ?) Yes it's pure spéculation, but it actually does make sence. Since each tier of enchancement give us around 9% increase in acc/afflux/alac/absorb, we'll get around : 130 acc in 87/204 gear 142 acc in 90/210 gear 155 acc in 93/216 gear the Acc cap will remain the same, so in the last top tier of content we should have 760/155 = 4,9, so that mean 5 enhancement to reach the cap (prio to 4 enhancement and 1 acc augment with 186 gear in 2.10) and 4 slot to use alac or surge (620 stat budget), i think it's fair. So yes it's a big deal now, but we'll forget this in some patch, don't worry about it BTW Thanks Tait for the respond
  10. I don't understand your point IF you think there are no math in the post, well maybe it's because, formulae in this game are very easy to read and understand ? Don't need more than 2/3 line to proove my statement with those formulae and number. Or you tried to read the topic but the math disgust you. No offence but why do you read a topic like that when the title clearly say there is math in it ?
  11. Hmm nope, couldn't be that. Accu on the gear has the same amount than surge and alac, and they didn't mention buff those two stats. Furthermore, yes they give a very little more accu on enhancement : 150 = 60 156 = 66 (+6) 162 = 72 (+6) 168 = 79 (+7) 174 = 86 (+7) 180 = 94 (+8) 186 = 102 (+8) 192 = 111 (+9) 192 = 120 (+9) As we can see, we gain more or less 9% surge/Accu/Alac/Absorb each tiers. Nothing has changed here either.
  12. well just see my topic here http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=780404
  13. You just miss the more important fact. Unless Rail Shot is weapon damage (and TD is kinetic) all our damage were previously internal/elemetal, so all our damage were higher than what they are now. The +30% armor pen on RS is back to balance the fact that now we have all our skill being energy/kinetic. On the overall we still do the same damage but just with more burst (we have previously a great burst and great substained dps, we now have a very great burst and a little less substained dps). Yeah for PvP it's suck for the other class, but don't forget that pvp is just ONE face of the game, and not the biggest one furthermore.
  14. Well could be easily explained : Devs don't know how to play their own game, guess they use some software and/or spreedsheet to get those number but they don't really have a clue on how to play each class properly, just look all the devs statement, (Heal 2 full anyone ?). Or another possibility is that after so much QQ for the fact that our character are weakest than they were at 55, they decided to slightly up damage at 60. Well after all I won't complain about it
  15. curious to know what gear do you have Aim augment or Power one ? Have you tried the pyrotech spec ? GJ anyway
  16. No it's not, either it's a bug either devs are lying to us. From the patch note of the 3.0 Game Update : couldn't be more clear, also devs had said before the 3.0 release (in this dev stream http://www.twitch.tv/swtor/b/583547078 from 20'30) they slightly turned up how much Accuracy we gain from accuracy rating, but we'll need more accuracy than before. I'm okay with the fact that we need more accu than before, and it's the case. Where i disagree is the fact they slightly buff accuracy. Prior to patch 3.0 we need 435 accu in order to get 110,01% (with 1% pet bonus & 3% from the tree). That's mean 435 accu rating worth 6% (1 acc rat. for ~0.0138%) now we have 758 accu rating worth 9% (1 acc rat for ~0.0119%). I don't call that a tunes up but a nerf, atm It's more like "Accuracy ratings give less accuracy per point". I know it is normal that we get less accuracy since we have a DR curve but all this is here to show that the problem really exists and is no an another QQ thread.
  17. I guess you're 60 right ? because if you have 110% accu at 55 and parsing on the 60 dummy it's not a bug ^^
  18. bumped and here a link with the maths to proove our statement http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=7848023#post7848023
  19. at 100% you never MISS the target, at 110% the target never DODGE (or resist) your attack. Boss have 10% defense chance, so in order to avoid beeing dodge you need the 100% accuracy + an extra 10% accuracy to counter the 10% defense chance. If you have 90% accuracy, you have 10% chance miss and 10% chance of beeing dodge. Do you see the difference ? Also, when your attack is dodged you hit for 1 dmg. Thats why a lot of people don't mind to be less than 110% because they don't see "MISS" on target
  20. have you read the patch note ? have you read the first post of this topic ? Seems not, i clearly ask for a dev respond and suggest a solution if it's not working as intended. I've even done the math to support my statement. I've listening the dev and they stated that accuracy rating give more accuracy per point, atm it is not. the goal here is to have an answer in order to know how properly adapt our gear
