The capital city has the 4 vendors needed, but make sure you add any of your characters to your legacy by logging them in and adding them to your family tree because I could not send one of these to my alts because I did not do that first. Once they are added you can mail the inheritance kit to them and then they can go buy the item on their capital city vendor.

Why not? It is still a better value than any movie that Hollywood can steal and I get hours of enjoyment reading all the whining and complaining that these forums have to offer, although that part is basically free. $15 a month is not bad. Hell I have to keep an active sub for WoW to occasionally help my wife on her low level characters and I play that about 4 hrs total for a month. I guess it depends on what you think is a value for your money and if you can afford it or not.

Just remember these are the TOR forums which apparently are the worst thing since 4chan. Everyone is entitled to everything and it has to be on their terms and when they want it done. If any of those are not met then this game sucks, Bioware sucks and they are not seen as valuable to Bioware. I can see why these forums are routinely called TORchan.

Although I do not agree that only 50's should be given the free month (I do have 1 50 and a 41), I also do not see how people who say they are casual had no time at all to get to 50. I get to play maybe 8 hrs total for a week and I was still able to get 1 character to 50. I have a family and full time job to take care of so don't use the excuse that only the kids with all their playtime can get there. If you really wanted to get to 50 and it was a goal then anyone could have done it, even the completionists. Sure Bioware did something crappy by doing it this way, but you didn't have it in the first place and wasn't promised it so losing it is not a huge deal. If they retracted the offer tomorrow it would not upset me in the slightest. If I did not get a character to 50 in 4 months and I did not qualify for it, not a big deal. There are so many other things that are more important to worry about.

Bioware already stated that they will not be putting any traditional holidays, themes or cultural references in TOR as it will break immersion. I personally agree with this because too many games are "selling out" to this sort of thing. WoW has way too many of these damn holidays and it is nothing exciting.

I agree, with an in-game pokemon system you will get a lot more kids joining. Nice reference to the Fonz there, although I don't think most players will even know who he is now days. The older players will know that reference quite well though. Pandas may be Blizzards "jumping the sharks" expansion though.

Hate to tell you this, but age does not always equal maturity. I bet 1/4 of the complainers on this forum are older than 25. I know a few people in their 40's that act like they are 7 and complain on forums quite a bit. Although it may cut it down a little, you may find it makes things worse because people will not get to play with friends maybe due to an age issue.

No it won't...Within a month people will even forget about it all. The only complainers will be those without a subscription, but they won't be able to post so it all works out.

How much is too much for a speeder? And are you skipping all the story and just grinding?

I don't even notice the running since I pick up lots of quests and do them all in the same locations or use the transit system when things are too far away. Heck if I am really far away and no transit system near me I will use my instant travel (only good every 30 min). Have had no problems with running for any significant times.

The game is not officially launched until your 30 days of free time start and you get your items if you have a DDE or CE. So far no one that I have seen in the game can get any of their items yet. Even the few people that have received an actual retail code from origin have not received any items. This game is only "launched" in the fact that it is not beta and your characters will not be wiped. Other than that it is early access and it is FREE and does not go towards your 30 days when you register so "officially" it is not launched.
