technically no, however all the rakata gear art/synth/armour can make are bop so bound as soon as crafted. I guess ppl could grind up to 400 just to craft the rakata items, then swap to another skill like biochem to get the reusables but not sure if many do that.
as far as 1.3 goes its looking ok, still think it would of been much simpler to just create an appearance tab rather than adaptive socail gear that means bugger all if u want to keep your t1 set bonuses. Augments on everything im looking forward too, allready have 16 augments and 160 green lvl 49 items to RE for the kits sitting in the bank. now to farm some more credits to add the slot
