Politics doesn't belong in Sci-Fi at all. How many times must people point this out to those writing and making things. And KK needs to be fired asap until that happens Star Wars is much like Trek at this point. Infested with too much politics that it's not enjoyable.

Ops/Raids should always been the main content in any MMO game. This is an MMO therefore it should have massive group content. Some of my best times in SWG was back in the Pre-CU getting two or more 20 man groups going to go hunt things like the Gorax on Endor. KoTFE/KoTET showed that story doesn't work in an MMO massive group content does.

I don't remember it winning anything besides Reddit's r/games saying it was one of the worst games of the year. And we're past the time of SWG emulators it's time for Disney to bring it back from the dead as it's what gamers are demanding.

LOL No one trusts them after DA2 and DAI. Oh and lets not forget how they stabbed people in the back with ME3 and TOR. Really they should have told Sony to keep SWG up, after TOR even the NGE was a masterpiece. Fact is we the gamers are winning people are waking up to how badly things are. Dev's need to learn come out with what we want and those games need to be bug free have no microtransactions and no politics.

No influencers shouldn't get any kinda special treatment over the rest of the community. And wanna know why? They turn into shills plan and simple. And this game doesn't need shills it needs people calling EA and Bioware out for everything they have pulled on gamers.

You know I'm laughing so hard over the last few weeks. Everyone knew Anthem was going to be a flop and it's not just a flop it's one of the biggest of all time flops in gaming history! The only other flops I can think of are well just about everything from Bioware after Mass Effect 2 and Failout 76. There's no way Bioware stays open after this massive failure! Really I'm now wondering how much longer EA, Bethesda and other western dev's are going to be around for. When even Act/Blizzard is falling apart you know things are getting bad.

Dev's are growing to a point where they think they don't have to talk to the community anymore. Look at Bethesda everyone told them Failout 76 was a pile of garbage and not to come out with it. Now they are dying off. We've told EA I don't know how many times to change things in everything from SWTOR to Mass Effect to Battlefield to Battlefront and we get ignored. Even Blizzard is now ignoring their player base, WoW is down to about 500k players now. Lets not forget Microsoft and the slap in the face with the Xbone that's still on going. Am I angry yes and we should all be angry. For too long this has gone on all due to the fact that the Dev's now like to think they are rock stars who can do no wrong. Know what? Me and a couple of million gamers are not happy. Fix it or burn it down.

Bro Raiders are who make the game or break the game. And I'll give you a hint when Bioware stopped making raids with KoTFE? Raiders made sure that people knew how bad this game was.

Anthem is going to be one of the biggest blunders in gaming history everything I have been hearing about it is that it makes Failout 76 look like a playable 6/10 game. And you know it's bad when people are saying that. Also its a shame as not only are they sitting on Star Wars but all they would have to do is just do is look at what SWG vets have been saying for years. Do a new Pre-CU SWG with 32+ professions, unlockable Jedi, open world where pvp battles break out for the whole weekend. Still EA like most Devs are ignoring us thus why I think next year there's going to be a massive gaming crash.

Hello all and I just came back due to a 'friend' who's no longer a friend giving me a SWTOR gametime card. Nothing has changed and this still is one of the worst MMO's I've seen.

That's the fault this is an MMO not a "story" game. If you want story? There are a million games and the Witcher 3 you can play for story. This is an MMO, Bioware should have spent those two years telling the story people to go play one of those single player games and had been putting out more raids, more pvp, more MMO content.

They should have just gone with the SWG idea for the whole game. It's what people had been crying out for. Really today's Dev's and Publishers have no idea what people want. People have been screaming for something like SWG Pre-CU, we get more WoW clones.

This. Also every Rebel Pilot was a scrub. The faction was just a joke over on SS back in the day.

It's not just TOR. WoW is losing players big time due to the mess that's BfA. STO are losing people by putting in more Discovery stuff that no one asked for/wants. ESO is running that Summerset scam right now trying to get subs. Supporting the players is the only way forward that's why GW2 and FFXIV are pulling ahead of everyone. GW2 fired staff members who insulted the community and FFXIV just supports the community big time. Gamers are angry we are tired of being milked to death with microtransactions, bad designed games, and games we never wanted. More so it's not just Bioware and EA, Disney has had a hand in this too. TLJ has a lot of people now not wanting anything to do with Star Wars until it's fixed.

SWG went away due to SOE ignoring it's Players that told them, "We don't want the NGE we want the Pre-CU!" Oh and fact the game was starting to pick up again before the CU as people saw the freedom SWG offered where as all WoW offered was theme park game play. Fact WoW is in full damage control mode and it's not just on Reddit like you say. We've had a number of well known WoW YouTubers come out and show how badly WoW has gotten with BfA. Don't believe me folks here we go, just watch this. As for Microtransactions? You are right that I want them gone. All they have led to are gambling boxes something that has been shown to be gambling by a number of people. And before you tell me, "It's just cosmetic items." Here's the thing it's been a slippery slope and it's been shown that the system does not work. All of those items should be in game loot that you get from doing very hard content. Not something you buy for $29.95 from the item shop. It's clear to me that you are just going to white knight rather then take a hard look at TOR and see that everything we have told Bioware has fallen onto deaf ears. And that right there is why gamers everywhere are angry! We are tired of spending money on something that we want to enjoy but those running it go about running it into the ground. Just like SOE did with SWG rather then hear a community that knows the game very well as we play it. We have told them countless times we want the game to be harder so new people can learn the game. We told them that we didn't want single player story we wanted MMO content like PvP and Raids. We have said no to loot boxes countless times. We ask for major patches that don't need all kinds of other patches to fix what went wrong with this patch. We want the respect we should be given as we are all consumers and it is our money they wish to have. And if they are not going to show us that respect and do what we ask of them? Know what if this game has to follow SWG so other Dev's learn? So be it as they should have learned with SWG. The community can make a game or break it.

Pre-CU 300k subs. NGE barely 50k. I don't know about you but I think losing 250k people is one of the things that led to SWG shutting down. Add in the NGE game just limped along on life support after the NGE came out with no real content updates besides things they already started doing before hand.

When will you get it? Let me put it in big letters so you understand. THE LATTER IS THE ONLY THING THAT WORKS! Look at SWG we told the Dev's outright after they threw the NGE on us to revert the game back to the Pre-CU as that's what we the community wanted. They ignored us. Now there's no more SWG and why is that? We warned people and told them how the SWG Dev's treated us. People made up their own minds and decided SWG wasn't worth the time or trouble. And really? SOE could have fixed things easy with a Pre-CU server or putting elements of the Pre-CU in. They didn't. We got ignored. And that's what has been going on in gaming as a whole. Look at Battlefield V, Dev's are ignoring the community and the game has barely any pre-orders. WoW ignored it's community and it's in damage control mode. Publishers are ignoring us telling them to remove gambling boxes and microtransactions, now no one will buy or play the games with them and are warning people off. We tried being nice, it doesn't work and it never will.

I am? Just me alone? Really? Go onto Reddit for 5 minutes and look at those subs. Better still go to the subs for games like Battlefront 2 or Battlefield V and tell me do those look like happy communities? No they don't. But know what I see? Communities full of people who care so much about something... That have a passion for something that they are tired of being ignored and pushed aside. I see people who love and care about a game and want it to be great. And 'hate' is the only thing they can turn too.

This. Reason doesn't work it never has. And we have too much negligence, incompetence and indifference in gaming now on the part of those making the games. This is why folks like Sony and CDPR are ahead of everyone as they work with gamers to make for better games. It's why Blizzard, Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft and Bethesda are using scam tactics in order to make sales. Really WoW sadly now is a great case in point of what not to do. Blizzard is ignoring it's community and now have to do a scam in order to keep sub numbers up. It's why EA are in damage control mode with Anthem and Battlefield V. It's why Bethesda will start cutting projects when Fallout 76 bombs. It's a simple fix really. Start working with the community and doing what the community wants. Start making sure games are bug free. Stop putting gambling boxes or rng in general in. Really it's that simple. We tried reason and that's not working. What you call hate? See that works, it shows people until something is fixed they should stay away.
