At the very least there needs to be a cheaper option to get back from long runs into areas away from QT points. Either have QT build up charges of cheap travel (taxi fare) so only players who bounce around like ping pong balls in a wind tunnel pay the higher prices, or have a recall option back to the closest taxi point for free. Transporting back to your ship to get back to base should not be the better option. The current pay per distance only is crippling for new players.
