okay so when i used it, it didnt refresh force scream or the other abilities but as soon as use one of the abilities it refreshes ravange is that what its suppose to do

Do i have to use all of those to get it to work

I have a sith sorcerer and its second combat preference is juggernaut which i main. I bought the hemostatic slash abl;ity for the juggernaut but when i use it it does not refresh ravange for me. I am level 80. Anyone have any tips
