  1. Seems to be related to anyone trying to log in once the patch forced through. People already in are actively playing and having no issue, but if they log out they get forced to download patch and also can't get back in.
  2. Same issue here on my computer with my account as well as my husband's. No patch notes, no information - Just stuck on the loading screen. A friend logged out before we realized the patch was evil and now can't get back in. RIP.
  3. Why I'm posting I had a conversation in the PVP channel just now that had me thinking. Someone was asking for people to queue solo ranked, but I'm only slightly less garbage than a total newbie to PVP and have no business queuing for that. I'm valor 61, have my appropriate gear, stats, tactical, and all the trimmings that I need. I do well in unranked warzone objectives, but I'm still not nearly as effective as I should be in 4v4. What I really need now is practice. Practice that I cannot honestly get. The Problem In the current system, you need to queue for warzones with no way to control if you get an objective-based warzone or a 4v4 arena style. These two styles of gameplay are drastically different, and it creates a problem for those who are trying to individually, or even as a 4 man team, get better at PVP. I know I need to learn how to prioritize targets, how to manage CC, when to cloak out, when to come in, how to work with a 4 man team, etc. I can't do that properly in a warzone, those are objective-based games that require different skillsets (although, yes, many overlap). The reality is that this only serves to encourage kill-farming premade 4-mans that just make unranked warzones hell. Proposed Solution My suggestion is that devs give us a separate queue for unranked Group and Solo Queue 4-man arenas. Rationale I understand pre-season gives some time for practice without ranking consequences, but there's a need for more space for intermediate skill level teams that want to learn, and there's a big need for individuals who want to queue without pissing off ranked players that don't want scrubs in their teams. There's a lot of hate directed towards the PVP community for being "Toxic" towards people solo-queueing in ranked without knowing what they're doing, but I don't think it's toxic to want a space where a higher level of competition is expected. We just need more options for those who aren't there yet. The proposed solution provides options for those who want to try and are doing more than just farming for POs or CP.
  4. I noticed something about the companion and have a concern since he can only be leveled via the gifts from GS rewards: if someone unlocks the GS companion on multiple characters (can currently be done in collections for 10CC) and gives the seasons gifts to him on their different characters, he won't reach level 50 and therefore that player won't be able to unlock the ability to purchase the gifts with credits. This creates a soft lock of sorts where there is no way to further increase the influence level. What will be done in that situation? Maybe he shouldn't be able to unlocked until you have him to 50, to prevent this potential softlock.
  5. Honestly, if they are going to charge us insane rates for dyes that we can’t unlock for repeat use, the least they can do is make sure everything actually works. Some silver or gold accents? Sure. But a *green* plate? I hope this is just an oversight, but based on existing nonsense I bet it isn’t. Please give us polished products that work!
  6. It would be nice to see the lighting issues fixed. It’s such a beautiful game, but sometimes these glitches really ruin a great SS.
  7. I just want to say thank you to the devs that listened to our concerns. It is encouraging to me to see developers taking people’s concerns seriously and being willing to tweak systems to encourage healthy competition and hamper exploits.
