  1. How arrogant and belittling. I'll be clear: I enjoy pvp. When the teams are balanced. Maybe I'm not 'good' in 80+ pvp because a major component of pvp is gear level. It's not a cheat. But I only get 3 hours a week to game and I don't have the same time to farm gear as maybe you do. So rather than an adjustment to the matchmaking that would balance the teams so the gear levels are competitive, the common response is "get good." It's the least welcoming response to casual players. I'll never play ranked, and I'm fine with that. But why can't unranked have a better balancing system? How does it hurt?
  2. Just ask all the Mandalorians about all the wars they won fighting Jedi... Wait... They consistently lost.
  3. So the sentiment is: "Rather than improve matchmaking so pvp is balanced, screw the casual pvper?"
  4. Fix the matchmaking. It's not that hard. Why add a fourth to 1 team when round 1 was 3v3? Is coding maintenance really that hard? Teams unbalanced: allow 1 to add. Teams balanced: locked to additional adding. Premades are not the problem. Crappy coding for matchmaking is.
  5. Maybe premades are the problem? The pvp population is bottoming out to half full teams and stealthers waiting to the end to collect xp.
  6. Two back to back matches of piss poor matchmaking. 2 v 4 in the first. AND 1 v 4! Are you kidding me? 1 v 4? What am I supposed to do 1 v 4? Run around and hope their avatars have a stroke?
  7. Nothing I love more than starting a voidstar 6 on 3 as a defender, getting blown out through the three doors in 4 minutes, then watching people trickle in for an assured loss. Premades are not the problem. It's the algorithm.
  8. Hi! I'm in an RP guild. We do event, much like mini D&D campaigns, in your game. It's not only fun, but creative. We use the environments you've created and assets you've provided to tell interactive and evolving stories borrowing from your lore while also creating our own. We acquire every stronghold and constantly purchase coins and new outfits. My guild leader has 45 different characters he uses to act as NPC's for all our various missions and quests. But we could use some quality of life improvements. More open areas. Places to meet and roleplay without constantly being interrupted by enemies. For instance, giving access to the flashpoint assets so we can use the areas so they are empty. You've created so many awesome environments we can access unless we're doing the flashpoint. And if we did want to do a roleplay event using those assets, we're limited to four participants. I know all this requires processing power, but perhaps if there was a way to request a dedicated phase for rp events? Think about it! <3
  9. What I love about Bioware games is the forced grind of tedious tasks. Not customization, exploration, or not the roleplay experience. Tedious grind. That's what makes it fun. Or the addition of scrubs to warzones and GSF who go afk the moment they enter because it's an easy way to complete your daily target.
