  1. Thank you for the update swtor team. I know how much work you guys put into 7.0 and I do admit this was not the smoothest launch and you have been breaking your backs to fix the reported bugs and getting a patch together. I'm glad to see a patch will be implemented for hopefully the intended proposed date should all run smoothly. I have been keeping away from Ruins of Nul for the time being. Question: I didn't see on the list about a fix for the[Weekly] Veteran Flashpoints not counting. Will that be fixed in this patch too? I mostly rely on FPs to gear, so it's really annoying when the weekly is not counting. Other than, thank you for everything. I really have been enjoying SWTOR after only playing it for a year.
  2. My Knight hated Saresh since Corellia. Saresh herself just rubbed me the wrong way after she was voted Chancellor after Janarrus' assassination. As much my Knight wanted to be *****y towards Saresh, my DS!Knight was still a Jedi, so she had to grit her teeth and be respectful. Ziost was Saresh's biggest screw. But oh boy, I never felt the sadistic glee to punch and strike her down so quickly. Without a doubt my Knight enjoyed it. The attempted assassination angered my Knight so much and up on learning Saresh wanted to take over the Alliance, she was a walking dead woman. Screw Saresh. My Knight didn't care if she was publicly denounced by the Chancellor, what goes around comes around.
  3. I have an update. After using my highest geared character to farm some gear, abuse the legacy bank, a trip or two to the Imperial fleet to get some barrel mods, loaded my BH with 294-298 PURPLE gear and mods to get her to IR to 295, annoyingly doing the solo-story from the start. I kicked Heta Kol's *** after stabbing my BH with a load of defence stims. Suffice to say, I finally beat her. SoV is my least favourite FP.
  4. Or get a recording of her interrupted speech and play it on loop in her cell. Each to our own. My Knight had a vendetta against Saresh since Ziost. So... she took glee in cutting her down. Plus, she was pissed about the assassination attempt.
  5. I had no problem with the FPs post-KOTET. Traitor arc FPs? No problem. My Knight and even my BH stormed through them. Objective Meridian FP was a walk in the park. SoV is only now doing my nut in because my BH is getting trashed by elite tank mobs of all things. The first two bosses were fine and for the first time, my hunter is getting her beskar *** handed. There's nothing more frustrating dying three times and dealing with 1.4 million HP boss, even though Valky in KOTET Chapter IX was 10 million, then Tenebrae was only 4 million. SoV is ridiculously slightly unbalanced, cause I played the FP well after it was patched. Regarding the FPs before SoV? They should be completely fine. If anything they're easier than SoV because the mobs are more spread out than running into one every corner you turn.
  6. Hope I'm not breaking guidelines, but I'm absolutely struggling with the final boss, Heta Kol on solo-story with my Bounty Hunter Merc. I understands mercs are DPS/Healer, but she's absolutely getting creamed by the mobs Kol sends in when she flies off the arena. I realised my BH Merc is a bit squishy. There's two obvious things and she's at Gear 282. Either I need to get better gear for her or I'm playing the BH Merc wrong for this part of the FP. My BH Merc is an Arsenal discipline. This is something I'm not getting because I've been playing my BH aggressively and I never ran into problems until now. Last time I has issues was against Vaylin's spirit. Any tips or advice? Cause I barely broke a sweat playing this FP with my Jedi Knight.
  7. My fem!Jedi Knight allowed herself to be easily manipulated by Valkorion. She made herself believe she is the leader the galaxy needs, a strong leader, hence why she sought the throne so bad. She essentially let Valkorion prepare/groom her for the Eternal Throne. She strayed from the Jedi, was filled with no other desire than revenge during KOTFE/KOTET. She wanted to be Empress. Mind you, my Knight is a DS Tier 1.
  8. Each to our own choices. Each players playthrough is different and personal. It's just within the personality of my SWTOR character, my Jedi Knight Guardian Violcrik to rain swift justice. Obviously not liking Saresh, she wouldn't have hesitated to cut her down. Life imprisonment was too much of a mercy after the assassination she attempted on the Commander and Empress Acina. 😂 Theron should consider himself lucky to be left alive compared to the rest who crossed Violcrik. Lol
  9. That's grand so. I was planning to replay certain episodes of KOTFE & KOTET. I wanted to show some of my mutuals the choice my character made and especially record the empress speech. I do want to record my Jedi Knight killing Saresh. Hell, that was satisfying! I kinda want to experience the game again. I don't think I can choose differently because of the nature of my character, but I certainly remember the choices they made.
  10. It's a shame though the Eternal Alliance only lasts a week, all because of one stupid flashpoint. I was at least hoping the Eternal Alliance would last an in-game month, cause my DS Jedi Knight is only getting warmed up as a dictator. Despite the obviousness the devs rushed the plot line of those three flashpoints, I could use it as a character development for her. Violcrik (JK Guardian), realises she had let power get to her head and now has to figure out what to do and how to carry on after sitting in a throne in power. KOTFE & ET are personally my knight's darkest character development and her darkest point. Those two story arcs was her journey of revenge and quest for the throne.
  11. Whelp, I finished KOTET and wow, it was a ride. My DS Tier 1 Jedi Knight ascended the throne. No questions asked, she wanted that throne and believed she can make a difference by being a strong leader, maybe a better leader than Chancellor Saresh and outdo Empress Acina. Best part, she's ruling the Eternal Alliance with an iron fist and sided with the New Imperial Empire on Iokath. My Jedi Guardian has fallen from grace. Hunting for Theron now. He can join his dad in the Force.
  12. Ha ha ha! Was after finishing Ch 2 KOTET last night. I never clicked to kill her so fast compared to my Jedi Knight Guardian's other kills, had some serious beef against her. From the moment I first met her, something irked me that I couldn't trust her. Granted, my JK was never big into the politics, she was always at home and alive serving on the frontlines. Makeb and Ziost were her two biggest messes, kriffed all ignored vital SIS Intel about the seriousness of Ziost and made things more difficult for my Knight. Now, as standard, it's unprofessional to be rude to the Supreme Chancellor, so I had to grind my teeth and pretend to be nice and pleasant. Who wouldn't in the face of the highest ranking politician? There's a game to be played. However, when she hired mercenaries to assassinate the Outlander and Empress Acina, that was the final straw for my JK. To hell with it, Saresh was going to die, especially when she tried to usurp the power void in the Alliance. My Jedi Knight has killed and executed at lot of Imps, Sith and even some Jedi. Hell, she killed Senya and is hellbent on killing Arcaan and Vaylin. What's one more kill? Walking into the Hangar was so satisfying and seeing her face of shock. Punching her was so satisfying and then executing her in cold blood. My Jedi Knight enjoyed every moment of that. Shame the kill was quick. Saresh deserved a Force Choke and her trachea crushed. Yeah, with my Jedi Knight being a Dark Side Tier 1, her morals were already questionable at best. Lmao
  13. Ha ha, thank you. It was an interesting journey for my character so far. I've began making a backstory before she arrived on Tython in 3643 BBY. With a friend, they suggested to have Violcrik a survivor of the Sacking of Coruscant, age was only 10 during the assault with which pretty much traumatised her for the next decade. She survived in lower levels of Coruscant until Satele found her after she tried to steal her lightsabre to sell. The test is history and to justify her anger and hated at the Imperials and Sith. She wanted to eradicate them all. Come the Eternal Empire, after she was separated from her crew for 5yrs, Violcrik swears revenge on Arcaan. She will gladly use Valkorion's power to do so. She's taking Kira's point about Jedi in political power quite literally now that she is after the throne. Violcrik already had one of her defect after bombing Zakuul. Violcrik will go to the extreme and is willing to do so. Deep down, she's traumatised. She thought she made peace after killing Malgus over Ilum, but it didn't. My character is a trash fire Jedi 😂
  14. I have only two at the moment, my Jedi Knight Guardian as I mentioned and the other is a female Bounty Hunter Mercenary discipline. It's too early to say with my BH merc, but I definitely see Violcrik (my Jedi Knight) wanting the throne. She has seen first hand how useless the Republic Senate and she hated Supreme Chancellor Saresh. Violcrik was never a diplomat, she's a woman of action and will take no prisoners. All her companions have seen her ruthless side. Violcrik readily took the remote detonator and blew up most of Zakuul's city block and taking civilians with it. There was no sympathy from her or remorse. She callously executed her enemies. She wants power, she never feels she's powerful enough to save those she cares about, so she craves it. She also carried the belief Grand Master Satele Shan held her back and did try to kill her on Odesson. The Eternal Throne will be the trophy she desired and go about making real change, all the while crushing anyone who opposes her. Violcrik won't hesitate to stab you in the back. That only scratches the back of her crimes. My character has gone from being a hero, to becoming an antihero and gradually getting close to becoming the villain. As a quote goes: "You either die a hero, or live long enough to see yourself become the villain."
  15. I'm planning on having my Jedi Knight sit the throne. She's a Dark Side 1, but tethering DS 2. It's a backwards approach cause my Jedi Guardian is not the Jedi the Order wanted her to be. She has committed so many war crimes, gotten civilians killed and now she had her eyes on the Eternal Throne. She's gotten exhausted with the Republic, believes if she were in power, she can make a difference. Yeah, my JK Guardian has some homicidal tendencies. She wasn't even made a Jedi Master after killing the Emperor in Class Chapter 3. It is lucky she was made a Battle Master after SOR. Now she wants revenge on Arcaan for taking 5yrs of her life and take the throne as a bonus. Besides, she has knelt the knee to Valkorion and accepted his power 4 times. My Knight is really messed up. Lol. So yeah, I'm planning to have my Knight accept the throne.
