  1. Leaves hope the new owners will create new content. Continuing the story likely, new Class Stories for a new storyline as a dream. Would be cool to see one of your characters in that class in a cameo.
  2. Playing my third Jedi Consular now. It is done. I no longer hear Zenith. I hear Theron.
  3. Theron in the Revealing outfit looks nice, though of course you want to change the dye. It's top color single color. Choose your favorite color. It's made for female body, but on a male it's fine. The no sleeves look works. The Bathing Suit is probably ridiculous. On males the pectorals remain exposed. Tenebrae in Echoes of Oblivion is wearing the top as an example. Add in the shorts and sandals, running around the galaxy like that is not for everyone. Male body type 3 can pull it off for the 'barbarian' look. In a few cut scenes in Eternal Throne onward, if you have Theron in a skin-bear outfit Theron will be wearing a black shirt underneath where the skin would be exposed. In a couple of scenes depending on outfit he wears a bra. The 'female' to 'male ' outfits don't always work properly. It's not all cut scenes, but here and there.
  4. Something I noticed for the first time. I'm on my 11th character playing Fractured Alliance. It's near the end. I just enter the superweapon room, but right before the cut scene and dialogue happens in the background I see Theron running from right to left. It's small pixels to represent distance and you don't see his face clearly, but I recognize the color scheme. I have him in a custom made outfit, but whether it's custom made or his original this is the first I've noticed. It couldn't be a glitch, could it? If it's not a glitch curious that I never saw it before even after I knew the cloaked figure would arrive to sabotage the throne connection. OMG I just realized Theron and throne are anagrams. Must be a coincidence, hehe. Theron is the greatest.
  5. The Story itself is epic Star Wars. Fits right in. The problem with it is matter of game play. It doesn't make sense for a non-Force using character. Particular chapters work great for non-force users such as Firebrand, Disavowed, and Profit & Plunder, but the overall story arc is about the Force. Worse though is the official ending of Class Story differentiation. It was ending with Ilum/Makeb/Revan, but at least your Faction mattered. Now it's one story for everyone. Metagame it was necessary for budget, but it was a gamebreaker rage quit for many players at the time of launch. As long as these things don't bother you enough to stop enjoyment, the story is phenomenal and superbly better than anything after Return of the Jedi, Rogue One accepted.
  6. As a Sith or Agent that letter tells me I finally broke Theron. I didn't mean to, but I did. All his previous letters are calm and reserved. In this one he's hysterically happy. It's all emotion. I could march into the Galactic Senate, claim I'm taking over, and he'd be right at my side holding the laser rifle.
  7. For all my characters I always keep my first weapon in my Cargo hold upon first upgrade. Your first weapon means something. For Story I would do the same thing. I keep my first as a memento. As Consular the First Blade is safely on display in my quarters. Sure, it would have been nice to have a cinematic where you place your original weapon somewhere special on Odessen. They didn't, so head canon one.
  8. It's annoying it exists now because it used to be free, but in my perspective as a Story only player it wasn't as if I was spending the credits on anything anyway. Taxis and repair. That's it. I don't do group flashpoints, raids, or other non-Story stuff, so I do not have billions of credits. In Class story I can get hundreds of thousands. I don't reach a million until Revan or something. I don't use the GTN. Credits are meaningless. What else am I to spend them on? They're just there as flavor text wealth that doesn't mean anything. Paying for Quick Travel is just something to spend them on, but it has the feels bad because it used to be free.
  9. I hate Skadge and Guss. Others like them for comic relief perhaps. No one can make you like Doc. Don't bother doing his story arc if you want. You have to deal with him on Balmorra, then leave him on the ship and never go to him on the ship. Let his yellow triangle just be there. It will go away when you start Makeb or somewhere. If you do engage his story choose all the insulting options. Insult him to his face. The dialogue options are there. However, it's your fault if you let him live rent free in your head when not even playing.
  10. When you're not professionally offended by everything you get to enjoy story for the sake of story. Not even about romance just character I personally hate Guss and Skadge and never wanted them as Companions, but I'm not offended by their existence. I get to enjoy insulting them at every dialogue option and never use them on missions. After Fallen Empire my Bounty Hunter enjoyed killing Skadge in the Rusk alert, and my Smuggler doesn't even bother to look for Guss. Don't do the reunion alert with Doc if you want. If you do, reject him to his face he's not welcomed into the Alliance. I find it hard to miss a romance with Kira with male Jedi Knight. She flirts with you as soon as she's on board your ship. There are several dialogue scenes where you can hook up or dismiss. She doesn't give up after the first time you don't [flirt]. If you're upset your female Jedi Knight can't romance Kira, see about not being professionally offended. Start romancing Lana on Manaan.
  11. Why are you playing the game if you're not wanting to play the game?
  12. It's not about your Class Style but your Light/Dark points. If you are more Dark than Light your reflection shows you your potential as a Light warrior. If you are more Light than Dark your reflection tries to convince you to return to the Dark where you belong. The Reflection is just that, your opposite trying to convince you to change your ways.
  13. I save Torian now because I don't want to deal with the saving Vette glitch. At the last mob before Vette, you or your Companion can aggro the bad guys surrounding Vette. They join the battle and you have to deal with them. Only with all enemies dead does the quest update to defeating the enemy surrounding Vette. However, you already defeated them because they were aggroed. Since they're already dead you cannot complete the quest. You have to restart the entire mission, do it again, and hope you don't aggro the bad guys around Vette the second time.
  14. Ouch. Good thing you were able to get by. As long as you can get to the gold star and medic it's ok to die there and get to the purple quest area when you respawn cloaked. If you could never get past maybe Customer Service can get you to restart the chargers mission, but otherwise I'm guessing you'd have to restart the entire story which would suck donkey.
  15. That happens on several missions throughout the game. Depending when you leave and come back your Companion is not there but should be. You can summon the Companion from your Companions screen. Rass only leaves when you complete the yellow targets mission.
  16. There are two ways, one I found by accident. 1) Found by accident, if you don't complete the quest of planting the chargers (clicking the yellow targets) as soon as possible, Rass stays with you and you can confront the gold star enemy and medic with Rass. When he's defeated then complete the quest. Rass stays with communication and you continue. The gold star enemy and medic are still counted as defeated and gone. Play on. 2) Fight the gold star enemy and medic. Die. When you are cloaked to respawn, move to the purple quest place while cloaked. You complete the quest and get the cut scene. When you're in play mode again you still need to self-heal, but you are now in the next quest. You can open the door in that corridor and not have to face the gold star enemy and medic. Play on.
  17. This is why I like playing the Story. Make different choices, get different scenes. I'm on my third Sith Warrior. My previous two were more Dark than Light by the time they reached Tatooine. When confronting their Reflection, both encountered the Light Side version of themselves to convince you of your potential. My first embraced the idea and while still did Dark things he did become more Light. My second I purposely went full Dark and rejected the idea. When my third Sith Warrior met his Reflection I got something unexpectedly different. Because I was more Light than Dark, even earning the title of Respectable, my Reflection was a Dark version trying to convince me to reject the Light. I didn't know this scene would be different, and it was a lot of fun. I rejected the Dark temptation because I do want this Sith Warrior to be Team Good Guy even though he can and will do some Dark things. My first Warrior kept Jessa Light. My second made her Dark. This one will keep her Light.
  18. That's the point. You had to level up first. I'm guessing level 10? I went to Fleet at level 8 to pick up a dye pack from my Legacy locker. I could not get back to Tython.
  19. If you break up with Theron/Lana/Koth to restore your Class Companion romance, you will get a heart breaking scene about the breakup. <shudder> Never doing that again. If the Class Companion later dies or you break up for another romance, you can never go back to Theron/Lana/Koth. Once a romance is over it's over. Learned that the hard way. If you choose to keep Theron/Lana/Koth and end a Class Story companion romance, some companions will be ok with it. Others will take it hard.
  20. I learned the hard way if you go to Fleet before you finish your Starter Planet story you can't get back. You don't have your ship yet, so you can't access the hangar. You weren't given your shuttle pass, so you can't use the shuttle to get back. Your Stronghold short cut doesn't work because your last destination is Fleet. It loses the connection to your Starter Planet. I had to get Customer Service to put me back.
  21. It's not just watching the Story. It's playing the Story. There is still effort to play in Story mode. Story mode is "easy", but only when you played the game often enough. When you start out it's not, even in Class Story. I remember way back when I first started. Various fights were hard, and my character dropped. Now it doesn't happen because I know more of what I'm doing. I still play Story mode because I enjoy the Story but the clickety clack of key strokes makes pleasing sounds as I interact. I can't just stand there and do nothing. I'm involved in the play. For me and others like me, that's all we need. That's our fun. It's casual play. We don't take it so seriously. We don't want to take it so seriously. We have as much fun choosing the various dialogue choices as we do the combat. We like the imagery of the cinematics. We like to play Barbie with our characters and companions and find it cool the outfits we choose to wear in play our characters and companion wear in the cinematics. We get to be the Hero/Anti-Hero of the Galaxy and experience Star Wars for ourselves. You do not have to understand us. We do not need your permission nor approval. If it bothers you so much that we have our fun differently than you have your fun, tough bantha pudu.
  22. It used to be you could stand in the middle of them and just Stomp away, but they took away that trick. Stomp no longer damages them. What I do is stand in the same space as one of them. It can no longer hurt you. Focus fire the 1 and 3 button missiles on one Sentinel until destroyed. Then focus fire on the other one. Once both are destroyed move off the Sentinel you are on and do the same. You will likely die once. Respawn in the room, heal as much as you can before you appear, then quickly get back onto the Sentinel you were before and continue your focus fire. Both Sentinels should be dead with you at about half health. You will destroy the third one with barely life left. If you die a second time you have to respawn at base and get back there. If you wait to respawn in the room a dead Sentinel will respawn. It used to be when you respawn at base the entire quest is reset with three Sentinels. Fortunately when they removed the Stomp trick they at least also removed the restart. When you get back to the room you're at the same point where you died. A dead Sentinel remains dead. A damaged Sentinel is at the same damage. If it matters this is for Story Mode play. I don't play on Veteran or Master, so I don't know if this strategy would work on the harder modes.
  23. Theron is a Hero of the Alliance. You get no sympathy from me.
  24. You don't need anyone's permission to like any story. You do not owe anyone an apology. If you like Consular Story, you like it. Anyone who has a problem with that will just have to get over it. I like the story too.
  25. Watch him when he walks away when a scene ends. It's starts on Rishi if you flirted on Manaan. As he walks away he turns his head to look at you and keeps looking at you as he walks. He can't take his eyes off you.
