  1. 1: OP bosses is not the only thing to tank. ---> Other bosses that prevents attacking:: Dashrode: Knockback + sends you in the air for the tank swap, Titan 6: Combat completely interrupted nothing to rotate on for maintank, Thrasher: Knockback, Olok the shadow: Periods with nothing to rotate on during phase 1 and 3, Cartel Warlods-Tu'chuk: throws you, Dreadmaster Styrak, peroids with nothing to attack as well as peroids being held stunned. And that was just from 1 ops, the list is much longer. Claiming only 2 bosses messes with our rotation is absurd.
  2. I will assume by Dark Protection you mean Shadow Protection, or that it is the imp equivalent. You are not correct. Exiting stealth does not give 4 stacks of Shadow Protection, (Yes you can optionally spend 2 skill points on Shadow Wrap to gain this ability, but it is not the default). Tank have other obligations in a fight than standing still and optimizing their rotation, and you are letting out all the move mechanics / stuns / pushes / pulls we have to build in as well, 3 seconds just isn't enough "free" time.
  3. Sage bubble becomes unusable when others cast it, and it prevents sages from selfheal with HoT from their own bubble when others cast on them. I agree, more debuffs are very annying, healers do not see cast bars of mobs and have very short time to react and cleanse DoTs.
  4. When entering combat, it takes at least 9 seconds to get 4 stacks of Shadow Protection (Project 1.5 seconds + Slow Time 1.5 seconds + Double Strike 1.5 seconds (assuming it procs reset of Project CD) + Project 1.5 seconds + Telekinetic Throw 3 seconds). Then to refresh it have to execute a full rotation again without loosing more than 3.5 seconds to mechanics / stun / pull / push etc (there is 5 seconds to do the second rotation, but the first 1.5 second of this time Project and Slow Time are both on CD). Some refreshes will have even less time due to CDs on Project and Slow Time being moved further into the window. To compare Guardian have a window of 8 seconds to click 1 instant cast skill to refresh their similar buff before it fades. I would say we need a duration increase of Shadow Protection to at least 24 seconds. And probably a removal of the stacks and just 1 buff that gives 4% so we aren't vulnerable to Telekinetic Throw being interrupted while building the stacks. This would still leave us with the pretty long time to get it up at the beginning of each fight (by comparison Guardians put theirs up in 1.5 seconds (Force Sweep or Sundering Strike to apply debuff for AE effect on Guardian Slash, then Guardian Slash that applies full buff instantly)).
  5. Why do you think cross server queues would speed up grouping for FPs? It still comes down to the balance between tanks / healers / DPS regardless how many thousand people you throw in the queue. The only one I see benefit from cross server queues are PvP, where you just need 16 players to start a match, having 17-31 players would mean having to wait an entire match before you get in. 16001 - 16015 players would mean have to wait 0.001 match between getting in.
  6. Like you can see on the entrance if the challenge mode is Normal, Hard or Nightmare, it would be nice if you could see if it was set to 8 or 16 man.
  7. Queues are just totally unacceptable. Game crashes - need to get back to raid waiting, queue time 20 minutes - it just doesn't work. Queues need to not happen period - or the game is unplayable in my book. Now the servers crashed so can hope it is just a bug and not a thing that will happen again.
  8. I recently moved SWTOR to an SSD on one of the computers I play on. No big improvement in planet laoding times. It seems if you have a good HD most the waiting are on server / processing.
  9. I agree, this is very stupid design. Shame on whoever thought this up. Many more Shady characters, or let everyone use Shady characters without them needing to respawn between uses. Thank you for NOT making it PvP based tho.
  10. I would like to see less OWPvP personally, there is already way to much going on with PvP players being able to flag and gank PvE players by getting hit by their AE attacks when fighting mobs. Already way to many quests that requires you to drop by the Den on Tat too.
  11. I would like to see a position counter as well. Estimated time will not work in my opinion, first of all estimated time in queue of whom? Any role, your role? Average of the last 10 people? The last 20? I would like to see the real numbers, so many healers are queued, so many tanks, so many DPS, so many of your role is ahead of you. That way you can make your own estimate exactly the way you want.
  12. Yes, I am talking about the speed you actually move on the speeder. So a 200% speeder will only make you move 50% faster than you currently do on a 100% speeder.
  13. A 100% speeder puts you at 200% movement speed, a 200% speeder puts you at 300% movement speed. 300% is only 1.5 times 200%.
  14. I would like to be able to get faster vehicles than the 110% we are able to get now. Especially with the new quests like GSI where you travel a lot it is really shown how slow our current vehicles go. Would like to see some 200% / 250% movement speed (keep in mind 200% is not double as fast as 100% it is only 1.5 times as fast / 50% faster).
