I play on the United States server Star Forge, but as i was playing, it went down, how long will it be before its brought back up?

after initializing the game launcher, the game will not load after hitting play. I have the new update 6.2a and have problems with the game not loading. Please help

:mad: Well, all I know is this: They are VERY, VERY quick to cancel your subscription when you dont make a payment, but when we do have it, and then they do an update or maintenance, it takes forever, so in my view, my wife and I should be compensated for our lack of being able to play when we have an active subscription to the game that we pay with hard earned money....:mad:

Just did the latest update, and wonder why the servers went down again on the 27th of January, 2017? Can anyone tell me why?

I just created a new female character an emperial agent, and right after I get finished talking to the female sith lord that you are supposed to talk to and go to your ship to answer your holoterminal, the game freezes. What can I do to unfreeze the game, or is that a permanent bug? I have tried everything including tapping the space bar repeatedly, using escape to get out of the talk exchange, and such. So what can be done to unfreeze the game so I can conitinue the story line for the character? By the way, the character's name is T'Leah

I started a new character, an emperial agent, and at level four it came up for "operative" for me with out letting me choose my advanced class, are you not able to choose your new advance class now with the new upgrade, KotET

I was playing swtor with no problems for a good while now. But all of a sudden, without any warning, the game freezes and then my laptop shuts down and restarts. I was wondering if anyone else was having that same issue, and if so, what do I need to do to fix the problem?
