  1. Greetings! How has your search been going? If you are interested in different levels of RP you may want to try checking the swtor RP enjin http://www.starforge-rp.com/ Our own guild, both pub and imp side mostly do weekly PvE but we do like some storytelling on the forum, and do often put a twist on how/why we do weekly conquests, as you might be able to see in our weekly newsletters and videos!
  2. Greetings people of SWTOR! It has been a while since you have seen a post by me here but rest assured, I AM watching! It is wonderful to see the new liveliness in the community following the merges! A special thank you to Sol for diligently updating the community with the past weekly happenings in the galaxy! On that note I still would like to issue an update that our Guild Information post has been edited to include new and/or changing features! We have also included our most recent production: ! We hope that this will also help give a fun anticipatory face to both us and prospective members. We would like to thank all the friendly members of the community that have cooperated with us in the game whether it be PvE content, or pleasant conversations (some may be thankful for the slightly less pleasant conversations). Also a special thank you for those who even not being part of our guild(s), still lent a hand in being extras in various projects over the year. May the Force Be With You!
  3. Hello! Yes of course! We can always use members of any class for PvE content. Hmm, not long really. Leveling goes by very fast and if doing heroics together isn't fast enough for you, you can always participate in flashpoints as a group too! Also take advantage of the double XP events! Joining a guild also of course gives you a %boost in XP gained.
  4. A Worthy endeavor! I hope it goes well for you and the people wishing to try out the OPs
  5. Greetings! I Also! Would like to invite you to check out our guild. We have a rich, diverse group of members and officers that play from different parts of the world, and are of different ages, orientations, and preferences between blue and green milk! We do also have a few married players and so the atmosphere for you and your spouse would no doubt fit in just fine with the weekly goings of both guilds, the Celestial Argonauts and Celestial Dreadnauts. We have a focus on weekly conquests, and as you'll be able to read in our swtor.com Post, we post newsletters with highlights that show all the fun we had and the achievments we obtained! I am bound by honour and my down to earth nature to plainly say that you will find some very kind people, and mature people. We always advise members to try not to be too sensitive especially because many adults play this game, and many kinds of players log into Star Forge, however we ourselves do not tolerate or appreciate toxic behavior! If you have any more questions you can contact me or also check out our website! www.celestialswtor.com
  6. I am sorry to hear that I hope you feel better. May the force, and really everything you need be with you during your recovery.
  7. Greetings Scott! Welcome Back! I was pleased with your post in that your comments were very positive and also concise with a touch of humour! I think those qualities touch the heart of our guild family, the celestial enclave which is comprised of both factions, the Celestial Dreadnauts and Celestial Argonauts. Most of our RP efforts since our move from Jung Ma quite a while back, we have re-configured it as less "schedule and meet together" and more of a web-based effort in terms of developing our lore, making a truly more unique foundation of understanding and self-knowing which for the most avid Star Wars fan, is really the key to enjoying a game no matter what game style he or she has. [i mean we also all tend to pay to play this game!] You can see some of that lore development and lore on our website. We are more heavily focused on weekly conquests and all our efforts revolve around the things that allow us to approach total victory over the planet in question each week! Our officers and members are passionate and we have made valiant efforts to meet many people so that we can establish a friendly network of players who we endeavor to label as non-toxic or dramatic--favoring mature, fun and down to earth. We have produce a few videos and are in the midst of more projects that highlight our enthusiasm; even in the case of some events, our PR department has been able to transform our activities into a realm of RP-PvE as a way to enjoy the activities even after the events. We are comprised of members of all ages, background and nationalities (literally from different countries, not just ethnicities) and we are proud of that. I am personally proud of have been able to meet so many different people. If its late at night, NO WORRIES there will be a kiwi to talk to whose time zone affords her that ability. We do not discriminate ages, sex, orientation or preferences for green/blue milk. Nor on the basis of who shoots first. As per your message, you have not to worry! You can join the rest of those in the guild who also have star wars-loving spouses! I invite you to check us out so that I do not proceed to write an entire novel! 8. Greetings! I Invite you to come check us out! We are the Celestial enclave, and we are active on both factions as Celestial Argonauts and the Celestial Dreadnauts. We have a weekly focus on conquests and draw loads of fun from doing them while also maintaining a passionate maturity for the progression aspect of PvE. Our officer core is severely dedicated to these kinds of endeavors and as PR officer, I am not only bound but also proud to stress that point! The ages span across the entire spectrum, with the officer and raider(PvE) core averaging between the ages of 20-35+ and so I believe, from my own personal close relationship with the guild for so long, that you may appreciate not only the gameplay style and swing of the guild, but also the age and maturity level. Don't get me wrong, you probably don't want to see them drunk at the Cantina -- but with their duties they are crisper than a thrice fried french fry! I can say more but then it may just be too long for anyone to read, therefore please check out out website or swtor post! I will provide the links below! Hope to hear back soon, May the Force Be With You Chikami Website: www.celestialswtor.com SWTOR Post: <Direct Link>
  9. Greetings! While we use Discord instead of teamspeak due to the enhanced features and clarity, we would not let that work against you in joining in, in our PvE fun! We are active on both factions. We have a weekly focus on conquests, with an avid and enthusiastic officer core and members! Our guild also has many players from different countries, and comprise of individuals of every gender, age, orientation and preferences between green or blue milk! Some of our members are married as well and so we can for sure understand the family dynamic and how it is whether or not spouses join in on the fun! Feel free to check us out! 10. Greetings! I too would like to offer an invitation to you, to checking us out! Within the Celestial enclave, we have the Celestial Argonauts and the Celestial Dreadnauts. Since you are into PvE I would like to mention that we put our weekly focus on PvE-Conquest, as well as PvP to help score more in conquests. We have members that have been around since game-launch, and our origins lie in the old Jung Ma server, before we moved to The Ebon-Hawk, pre-merge era. We are pleased to admit that we have a reputation for being friendly, while also mature-- open to all ages, sexes, orientations and star wars movie preferences~ We release weekly newsletters as well which highlight everything we have done in true news fashion, including a highlight of some players who have performed marvelously during that previous week, redacted versions of these newsletters are posted on the official forums, as well as full versions on our website! 11. Sounds good! And yeah those 12+ hour shifts can be BRUTAL, hope you dont get troublesome or overly overwhelming cases lol
  12. Welcome back ^^ And I can relate to your situation! I am in nursing school and am in the hospital during the week a lot, sometimes weekends too... but i help as much as I can even now as a PR officer! I invite you to check us out, either the Celestial Argonauts or Celestial Dreadnauts. We do PvE content on weekends (mostly EST (though I myself am PST) ) and have members from different parts of the world so players will be on most the time regardless of time. But yes, scheduled PvE does occur on weekends, and sometimes can be among the most festive and memorable haha. I wish you luck on your journey here and at your rural hosptial here are our links if you wish to check us out: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=937137 http://cacd.enjin.com/forum/m/41664907
  13. Welcome back! As you take your journey towards decision, I also invite you to check us out! As an allied enclave, the Celestial Argonauts and Dreadnauts share not strong ties to the republic or empire. We are neutral and creating our own lore, with correlation to the SW universe! Read about us to find out more! Otherwise, our efforts revolve heavily around weekly conquests and produce weekly newsletters to highlight what work we have done, and to highlight outstanding individuals! We are a fairly accepting group of people, and though sometimes I think my fellow cohorts party and wild things up a lot, It might be because I am fairly bookish hehe. Here is our swtor thread and our enjin page, feel free to check us out! We have players from all over the world so most timezones will feature players online. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=937137 http://cacd.enjin.com/forum/m/41664907 Good luck! Chikami Public Relations RP Department
  14. Welcome back! ^_^ If you are looking to join a neutral enclave, we have a pub/imp faction, both of whom in its lore, are allies while neither being strongly affiliated with the Republic of the Empire. Each week revolves around conquest and includes planetary runs (dailies, commanders) and not just OPs. Operations are divided into a few categories depending how much experience you have! Our RP is mostly contained to the forums as we are undergoing heavy lore development. As RP and PR department head, I believe that a strong sense of self-understanding and correlation with the SW universe is needed before future serious RPs can take place, even moderate ones. You will find that we have avid and imaginative writers! Come check us out! the celestial enclave welcomes you. <Celestial Argonauts> <Celestial Dreadnauts> Here is the link to our swtor.com thread: Click Here Here is our Enjin link: Click Here Chikami Public Relations RP Department
  15. Hi Ganjabear! I can relate! I am in school right now too! I try to do as much PR for my guild as I can because not only do I believe they are great people part of a great guild, but I love star wars I am also pretty into RP and PvE, and you will find that the celestial enclave (argonauts and dreadnauts) have a unique way of blending the two. We do weekly conquests and have an awesomely enthusiastic officer core that makes sure we get ontop of it each week! They know how to party AND conquer! Each week we release newsletters written by our newsmaster, and she highlights world eaters, who are those that score among the most of conquest points ^^ Our lore and stories revolve around our PvE and guild dialogues, so do expect to be lore-interested if you did want to think about future RP! Here is our swtor.com thread: Click Here And Enjin page: Click here which can give even more information! Our discord can be found on our enjin homepage. Look forward to hearing from you, and good luck! P.S. Sample video of mixed PvE in theme with a backstory developed on the forum
  16. Hi Karoty! You are welcome to check us out! We are collectively known as the Celestial enclave or alliance -- made up of the Celestial Argonauts and the Celestial Dreadnauts. We arrange OPs so that it can compliment our conquests and have teams for beginners/training and also for those who are already familiar with them (Netflix and Chill teams). We do Light RP and right now that is mostly in the areas of Lore and Forum story developments as the future of the Enclave is meant to have a rich and meaningful mark in the galaxy. We are happy to have made our journey from Jung Ma then to Ebon Hawk, and now finally the Star Forge system. We are also proud and happy to say that we have welcomed a few enclaves or guilds from the other servers that have merged. The Stars Guide us to whatever comes next. Once a week, we get 6-24 members together and hunt down at least three World Bosses for the {Weekly} Priority Targets mission - sometimes we go after five or six of them! Also weekly, we take down enemy Commanders on several planets to gather Flagship Encryptions, so we can expand our guildship or fund guild activities! <Your Event Here>: We actively solicit suggestions from our members on new activities and events they'd like to see. However players who are inactive in logging in for long periods of time without notice are liable to be replaced if more space is needed for new members. * [Other Details Please Visit Our website: www.celestialswtor.com] [Also See an RP-PvE highlighting our efforts and fun in conquests] Basic Backstory: Traditionally, the Argonauts and the dreadnauts had no loyalties - to the Republic, to the Empire, or to the Sith or Jedi orders. As an alliance of two enclaves, the Celestial alliance or enclave is an organisation that leans towards justice and keeping the peace, but is not directly allied with the other peace-keeping powers in the canonical universe. We can, of course, ally with other guilds on the server as suits our purposes, but we would have no loyalty or obligation to the Republic or the Jedi Order. The complications of bringing together two enclaves who had and maintain still many differences in culture, goals and structure continues to be a challenge. Feel free to read the developing Lore of the enclave in our forums. In the wake of the invasion of the Eternal Empire of Zakuul, the alliance between the two enclave was formed and most operations are actually geared towards providing aid to systems which are under oppression from fringe Republic or Imperial forces. The campaign against Zakuul is for now seemingly and preferably in the hands of the Eternal Alliance--a topic still lingering among the enclave members and the Council. The philosophies within the enclave are mixed with no surprise due to the influx of members that have held onto their previous beliefs and ideologies. The the Force sensitive core of the enclave has developed into one major office and is a branch of the Diplomacy, Research & Development Department. The mains heads in these offices are called Seekers and compose mostly of former Jedi or Sith if not independent force users that had grown up in one of both factions that make up the Celestial enclave. Their teachings and beliefs do not follow other mainstream beliefs in the galaxy. You can read some of that here. Trouble Getting Hold of Leaders and/or Other Officers? 18. Greetings! I am Chi'kami Aizune. I am head of RP and Public Relations for my Guild, the Celestial Argonauts and Dreadnauts. We first hailed from Jung Ma, and now The Ebon Hawk. Some of your fellow prophets have already taken the time to greet some hawks in the TEH guild recruitment thread. I would like to extend our own greetings and invite you to also get to know us more! This is not quite a recruitment as much it is an invitation to get to know us! However in light of the upcoming server merge I would still like to present a link to our swtor official thread so that you can first get familiar with us and see if perhaps an alliance or other friendly relationship is of any interest to you. If not, of course you can disregard this message entirely. Unless this post gets removed anyway. See you at the Forge! Chi

  21. Diggin’Up Trouble Part 1 of 3 The wind rustled the leaves of the trees while pecuiliar animals scampered or stomped on the grassy forest floors of the planet. The sky housed the average blue hue and population of clouds while also allowing the noon observer to see 3 moons across its sky. “Have you finished obtaining your sample yet? “ The armed guard peered down at a ditch in the ground. She had been hovering the area for at least 7 hours as the small team of scientists dug and brushed at the patches of dirt and mud. One of the scientists got off his knees and stood up, dusting himself off before looking up at the guard. “You know, the high council approved of this joint research expedition, and that council is composed of the Dreadnaut enclave as well as the Argonauts. “ He wiped some sweat off his brow. “Surely as a Dread security member you understand the gravity of our work.” The scientist remarked. The armed guard simply grunted and gave a reluctant nod as he turned around to look up at the sky. “Seems to me we should be out there, not down here digging for bones..” she paused. “..Then again, you’re probably right; I don’t really know what this all is. “ He cleared this throat. The scientist hoisted himself up out of the ditch and sat down to take a sip from his canteen. “The name’s Fray, Doctor Tu’Ran Fray. I figure you must be Sergeant Endeel? Aizune’s office forwarded me a memo regarding the security detail we should be expecting on the planet. It’s a pleasure.” Fray took another sip from his canteen. “It’s not really bones, that we are looking for… “ He continued. Endeel turned around and let her forearm rest down along the top of her blaster rifle as she paced a few feet from the ditch. “Yeah? Well sorry if I don’t come off as the most gentle and understanding type doc. I follow my orders and those orders are to ensure the safety of this expedition and also enact the necessary security protocols when or if in the event of an attack of any sort. “ She pressed a communications link on the side of her helmet. “Speaking of which, one of your guys, Neels, I believe? – he has not reported in since he left – 30 minutes ago. “ She tapped her com-link again. “Endeel to gate team, over. “ “Gate team. Copy. Yes Sergeant? “ Another voice scratched into the comm.. “Any sign of Dr. Neels? He left to retrieve something from the main camp, figured he would have passed by the gate. Over.” She looked around briefly. Fray looked around as well before standing up next to Endeel to squint and peer at the forest line. He shrugged. “I wouldn’t worry Sergeant. He probably went to relieve himself. Anyway, it’s not like your preliminary reconnaissance found anything vastly dangerous in the area right?” He cleared his throat and then headed back towards the ditch, where a few other scientists had also stopped to poke their heads out from the ditch. Endeel scanned the area around them once more before biting her lip. “Sometimes the lack of danger on any non-civilized planet, means that there is more than likely a dangerous presence of some kind, Doc. “ She checked her blaster rifle clip. “I knew I should have had someone go with him. “ She cursed under her breath. “Dammit.”
  22. Hi Misha! It is so nice to hear from you again! No doubt I am sure you are also writing many more different adventures Ah! And i think the magnetic stabilizing ring is what is supposed to help the plasma beam stay in form and shape... But perhaps yes the Seekers might try and answer that too!
  23. Hehe Yes Celestial Argonauts or the Dreadnauts are here for your considerations! Our official forum post is right here!
  24. The Following is an epilogue to precede the upcoming story/chapter: [Visit this Link to see a version with pictures added] Premise: the celestial enclave sustains a healthy population of curious and adventurous researchers and explorers. Much of their efforts tend to earn their approvals and funds with and understanding that findings would help benefit health and or technology. Some of the major powers in the galaxy have very heavy and efficient ongoing efforts in their own research endeavors, however most of them function most often with archaic and traditional bases of thought. While a Republic researcher may concentrate on the improvement of powerful technology, aided by natural theories produced by the Jedi, Imperial researchers tend to follow the lead of Sith ideologies which emphasize historical concepts of technology and implementation of older devices in order to create or mimic alleged ancient technologies. The celestial enclave operates in a more subtle yet penetrating approach to research and is unlike the formerly mentioned organizations in that much of its research starts off and sometimes remains as pure, raw knowledge. There is a general tolerance for most largely practiced forms of beliefs such as the ways of the Force and its interpretations by the Jedi and the Sith. The most conservative philosophical cadres of the enclave continue to insist on the source of the Force being found in celestial objects such as stars in all their forms. This can sometimes be mistaken for a similar matching of beliefs to that of the Jedi and the Light side of the Force. However, the Light and Dark sides of the force are irrelevant to the Seekers and see those interpretations and manifisattions of the force as the products of the energy given by celestial sources, after the user has manipulated them. To put it simply, you cannot have darkness without the concept of light, nor can you have light with the concept of darkness. The solution is not so much that the Force is both light and dark but that there is one singular and original, pure, raw form of this energy from which one can later classify its altered forms. The lightsaber is a commonly used weapon of the Jedi and the Sith which both they and lightsabers having their own unique and long histories. It is known that kyber crystals are solid crystal formations that vary in abundance across the galaxy. These make up the main source of unique power and Force attunement in the lightsaber. It is said that the crystals themselves contain unique and powerful energies which are nearly sentient in existence and hence why often times Jedi only obtain one by way of a trial or journey which ultimately puts the seeker in a state of consciousness that allows him or her to “listen” or feel the “voice” of the crystal, finding it and obtaining it in this way. The Sith most often opt to use synthetic crystals which have a red or crimson hue and it is said that their manipulation of the force, or “dark” side attunement is what helps keep these kinds of energies in control and sometimes even capable of breaking a saber powered with a kyber crystal. Other colours of lightsabers such as yellow and magenta are also possible. The Celestial enclave lends the perspectives and beliefs of its Seekers once more in the basic understanding of the lightsaber by way of examining the origin of the rare energies found in crystals or in the symbiotic attunement that occurs during the manipulations of the energy by users of both Jedi and Sith. In keeping with the belief that the Force is not the source, but a manifestation of the true source, it is believed that crystals, like any object have a capacity for containing energy, though particular ones such those referred to us Kyber/Kaiiburr, can function as powerful storage or conduit units of energy. By a yet unknown event or process, stars at a certain stage of their life cycle give off a specific and unique level of energy which either finds nearby planets or asteroids, stabilizing in the core of the object. Over a period of some hundreds of years these stored amounts of energies form particles that make up or join with rock and crystal formations on asteroids or planet cores. Such highly concentrated forms of energy ought to cause damage to living systems however it is believed that aspects of stars contribute in many more ways to sentient life than perhaps thought previously and indeed serve as the source of Life, or living force. With a limited but still growing foundation of understanding, the Celestial enclave and its Seekers hold to a certain understanding of lightsaber formation and theory. The crystal itself, or the primary crystal is the closest form of energy that sustains its relationship with celestial formations like stars and it is no wonder why stabilizing crystals are required to help the lightsaber function properly. In fact to better understand it, one would need to know the basic structure of a lightsaber: the plasma beam, magnetic stabilizing ring, cycling field, stabilizing crystals, primary crystal and power cell. Force attunement, alignment and overall sensitivity are important factors when considering force or energy manipulations—this cannot be denied. A bridge must be made between the normal plain of neutral energies and the energies that have close and purer connections to the stars. However, Seekers do not believe that the Force attunement of an individual onto a primary crystal is what determines the strength or colour of the plasma beam. The default energy manifestation is actually a range of white to hues of yellow, while the Force manipulations or attunements of the individual mostly have to do with their effects on the stabilizing crystals which are responsible for changing the colour of the plasma beam. When a Sith attempts to synthesize a crystal, ultimately elements of star energies are pressed together, which done in an artificial manner can be volatile at best. This is why what a certain level of force attunement(not necessarily more powerful attunement) is required to help keep this kind of power in control, and why the same force attunement and manipulation in conjunction with the stabilizer crystals combine to create a red or crimson beam which is still on a certain end of the original colour spectrum of the default colour as mentioned prior. It can be misconstrued that since these sabers can on rare occasions break through the blue and green lightsaber plasma beams, that Red or Sith lightsabers are more powerful and hence the dark side attunement and manipulations are also more powerful. However, this is not entirely true. The rare occasions that Red sabers break blue or green ones are due to the fact that a fraction of the raw energy of the source is present in a volatile form. Volatility does not necessarily mean dysfunctionality and uselessness, as the Sith case proves it can be most effective, however high levels of power in such attained does not necessarily mean reliable stability. This leads to the conclusion. If one is able to attenuate him or herself with the Force, if one can form this bridge between energy states, in such a way as to allow the pure and stable form of the primary crystal energy to press through the stabilizing crystals –counting a certain manipulation of the stabilizing crystals—then the true form of the energy is released and contained with the plasma beam. Seekers believe it is or must be a shade on the white-yellow spectrum while some add that a specific energy will emit from the base of the plasma beam as well. These are believed to be the true, closest and most accurate manifestation of the source’s energy. It is still largely unknown what this form would as mentioned, clearly look like, and it is unknown what kind of power(s) it would have. Seekers and those that do follow this set of beliefs strive to combine all they know and find in order to solve this. Some enclave members who used to be Jedi sentinels or temple guardians profess that they were unaware of why their sabers were mostly hued in yellow. It should perhaps be of no surprise since they often had to achieve a level of Force attunement that sought a balance of some kind and also why those who would call themselves “grey” Jedi often have a larger assortment of plasma beam colours due to their varied endeavors of a balanced attunement. Researchers and Seekers in the enclave have worked together to study crystals of all kinds in planets and formations across the galaxy to help understand this. It is appropriate that Seekers often state their own Jedi or Sith equivalent of a mantra: “The Stars Guide Us.”
