it's an issue when you can even get into game to pick a server let alone character selection

I and a few guild members are stuck on an infinite load screen, after playing play, can't get to character selection or server selectiion screen, it is stuck on the splash screen.

I have Nico, Shae, and Paxton on a few characters of mine but in collections it is showing as if I never received them. This has been like this for a while now can someone help

It is with heavy hearts that i inform everyone. We lost anoyher good soul. Army'of'one aka Waya has passed away. He was a fun loving person he wore his heart on his sleeve. He was always willing to lend a hand to help anyone out. We received a mail from his father who will now no longer be playing because this is something him and his son would do. Our hearts and sympathies go out to his family. But we as guild also lost a famoly member of our own. Rip waya we love you buddy gone but never forgotten

It is with deepest sympathy that my guild has lost one of our Family members. Astro was a great little brother to us all. He fought a long hard battle of liver failure for 4 years. We learned today of his passing. He will be missed dearly he brought everyone joy when he was around. The way he cared for others more then himself. He would drop anything he was doing to help someone out. This is a big loss for our family. We send our condolences to his family. He touched everyone he met and no one will ever forget him.
