Yep its really needed and I've noticed as the weeks go by its becoming more and more difficult to find groups, especially while leveling. Apart from flashpoints alot of people simply skip heroics saying its not worth the hassle of looking for people anymore. Just saying things are getting worse...

110% isn't fast enough as the max speed thats for sure. 150% sounds about right.

My male character has seduced a sith and a married woman. Most of the flirt options don't lead to anything though. The amount of options isn't worth worrying over and at the end of the day it doesn't matter. It is only a tiny part of the game.
