The vendor is Darthyn for the Republic side and Captain Thanar for the Imperial side. use this vendor to get adaptable gear, And Modable Main Hand Weapons And Off Hand Items Level 8, Or 10 Vendor I Don't Remember!

So???...Maybe A Vanguard Could Weld A Pistol, Or A Commander Weld A Rifle??? Or Seem To? And Not Lose Any Abilities??? That Would Be Nice, I Think
